I think by cross trail they meant you can get it from any level clue. Example would be like god pages, arrows, sweets, firelighters, meerkat + scrolls and crap

Cross trails means that you can get the reward in lv 1,2,3,4 and elite clues.

There's also a bridge puzzle box. And the god arrows are actual rewards from the clues. But you can get them from any clue, level 1, 2, 3, and maybe even elite, but not sure about that one.

i also beleive that abyssal demons drop them. i got a clue scroll from one and the first puzzle was the bridge puzzle box which i beleive is a level 4 clue. i love this update!! i put an offer in for each bow, a bandos stol and i bought the 3 new prayer books!!! 5/5

Skeletal Horror is the boss you can fight once a week after completing the optional bone collection list after Fur'n'Seek. It's the easiest boss on that list to beat next to Bork so that might be a good option for getting these scrolls.
