i have a question.... i bought a 89 ho 5.0 mustang..... for some reason doesnt want to burn out. i tried and thr rpms just go high and doesnt burn rubber.....can u help me out if it has to do with the engine

btw; you can hear a mild whistle that sounds almost like a blower...that's a vaccum leak we fixed later (lower intake gasket of all things...) it didn't cause a surge; but did cause a hanging idle

no; that is the GT 40 Ford racing intake that's the same as the cobra...I needed the lower GT-40 to use with a kennebell blower next year (gt-40 makes more power than the stock lower)

as for buying the engine...no I rebuilt it myself from a bare block
