this was a crappy ending i found the cleopatra key the 3rd time i played. Once u open that door the game has that ending...i was like WTF!!!!! I wanted to fully finish the game lol
It's extremely simple. You have to beat the game once and then load the completed game and the stairs across the street from the hospital entrance will be unblocked the key will be at the top of the stairs.
