This makes sense to me as I am a survivalist. So many times I "lugged" around equipment that I never needed. If I only tapped into my higher self, the load (literally) would have been sooo much lighter, and without burden. I reflect this idea to the 3 aspects in one, and the relationship within, to permeate through a metaphysical understanding. This is a great key in knowing how to be without burden. Without burden, you can take on soo much more!! :)

i disliked this, because the narrator is completely condescending. his message is a good one. but his rough boarder-line yelling voice with special emphasis on larger words and points in the conversation implies he thinks everyone else is not on the same level as himself. or unable to follow the conversation. with that being said hes broken down something simple and turned it into utter complexity. i feel hes something of a "captain obvious" in this self help BS. and dare i say, pretentious?
