@extremepainfull92 It's a little tricky. I went and downloaded GTA Anderius, and there is a ped that is translucent. I saved the dff file, and the txd file, then I erased the color from the txd file. It is 2 different peds, the predator one, and the clear one.

@asiankid782 There are a few steps involved. You need to download IMGtool, and learn how to use it correctly. When you download the predator skin, you will need to change the txd and the dff file names to one used by a ped of your choice. Back up the original ped file with IMGtool, then replace it with the new file. Install the 'San Andreas Citizens' mod, and follow the instructions there. Google around for it. It's pretty simple once you do it a few times.

I used IMG tool and renamed predator.txd and dff to a random ped name, then I used the 'play as ped' mod to change into him. Remember to back up your files first.

Well, no... and maybe yes. The skin does not come with weapons. You can replace weapons (guns) with other things. Like the sword for example... replace it with a long rod, if you can find one that someone has made. I don't know of any other weapons for the predator besides that one.
