To erase the sketchy lines, pick the color of your sketch, then go to eraser and right-click (HOLD!) throughout your sketch as you erase.

Well, if you right click with the eraser tool with the colour you sketched with selected, you can erase just that colour and keep all the rest, yeah I know, really bad explaining lol.
