Can someone help me - I'm looking for a song that I believe is by Jacksoul, it was around in the early 2000's, and I'm almost positive the lyrics were "let me call you baby", but I've listened to "let me call you baby", and the lyrics & beat were different. In the version I'm looking for, there is a mellow beat with a nice/soft piano that has 4 notes - da da da daaaa (the last note is held), the frequency of the first piano note starting low, and each one is higher. I saw him perform live by Niagara Falls, Canada about 9 years ago for the annual New Years Eve Party. It was freezing and Hayden was amazIng and was even joking around with the crowd in between songs. I will never ever forget that night!

They probably spotted the cancer during an x-ray or MRI when he was in the hospital after his accident. I knew someone who had an accident, they found the lung cancer and he was dead 6 weeks later!

he did recover, he was strong, he came out of a coma after 7 months, and recorded an album emediately. he died shortly afterwards. i believe he really wanted to have his album finished, even with knowing he had seriious cancer and after effects of being in a bed for 7 months, i salute him. the album came out this week.

Haydain Neale, the frontman for the Juno Award-winning group Jacksoul, has died of cancer at age 39.

He died Sunday at Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto, after a seven month battle with lung cancer, the family said in a release Monday.

Neale had also been recovering from serious injuries after being hit by a car while driving his Vespa motor scooter in Toronto on Aug. 3, 2007.

The group was to release SOULmate,'' on Dec. 1 with 10 new tracks, their first album since the accident
