Thank you! Love making homemade ice cream. There is an ice cream recipe book by David Lebovitz that is great. You should be able to find it at any bookstore. The color of my mixer is "Aqua" which is from the Martha Stewart Collection. I also have a "Green Apple" Kitchen Aid as well.

It is extremely easy to use. All you need are some great ice cream recipes and you will never buy ice cream from the grocery store again. There are some great recipes on AllRecipes.

Thanks CC for the response. I know I was curious about the ice cream attachment before I bought mine as well as other Kitchen Aid attachments so I thought it would be neat to make a video simply showing the attachment for those who are curious. Some people buy this attachment because it seems fun to make ice cream and then never use it again, but I use mine all the time. I make all of our own ice cream / frozen custard at home.
