to the OP, could you message me and tell me what you guys did as far as your fuel system goes? my friend needs help on this part, considering jsut sticking with a gravity feed system and even thats making it a problem. hes building a 01 cbr 600 kart and this is one onf the major problems right now, he only needs to mount the brakes and figure out the fueling.

The first time you go to the eye doc and he breaks out the drill to get the metal chunks out....you will learn.

The driven sprocket seems to be pretty small for this engine.

Being that it revs really high you might want more gear reductions for more torque down low.

Unless you want to go 200mph :-D

CAN SOM1 PLZ ANSWER MY QUESTIONS! i have a kart frame like u and im going 2 buy a honda cbr 600 engine with 6 gears. but when i buy the engine from ebay for 100 quid will the clutch and gear cables be attached to the engine, as well as the throttle. I want to put all of this and the brake on the steering wheel. also cos the engine is heavy and vibrates a lot with lots of hp; do i need to put a very hot gas flame to strengthen the steel? does that work? i reli need to know cos karting is my hobby
