    Congrats, on releasing pounds 3.6 lbs! You're

    Littlesheree, has given you some really good advice. The only other thing I would add is to "maybe" buy some ankle weights and wear them that way you're getting a little workout while doing regular everyday things.

    Also, you could use your dumb bells while watching TV (if you watch TV) to do arm curls and legs lifts.

  • Thanks for the ideas! Ankle weights sound interesting. The only TV I watch since I'm back in school in my one hour every week of Project Runway.. LOL.. LOVE that show.. but good idea about the weights!

  • Kim, I know it is so hard for you right now. I remember what it was like to juggle life with a child. YES!!! The "Y" would be a great idea. Check out their child care area. My "Y" has a wonderful child care room. I stop and look in there sometimes. Obviously, I don't have a baby anymore, but I love watching the kids playing. You should look into that!! It will be so good for you and your son!! Good luck Kim!!! :-)
