Never really liked the Amiga/Atari versions, just sounds lazily done with the resources available. The C64 version sounds amazing knowing the limitations of the SID, this just seems dull and flat
@spaceeskimo11t Oh, I really hope he doesn't take that route. I'd love if he still made c64 music though. He was a genius with that machine. The tunes he made for the 64 just sounded like he was having a great time making them, over say his Amiga and Megadrive music. Its just a hunch, but you might know what I mean. I just think of Chris Huelsbeck and his dabblings with orchestras. I just wanna hear more Amiga music from him XD
@killingjokefan1 Just my opinion and i respect all games consoles and computers, and peoples opinions but i think gameplay wise the best home version goes to Megadrive/Genesis. Best for music is Amiga and C64.Follin really pushed the St sound chip for good results , Best all round is the Arcade game - Mame is the best, easiest and cheapest way to play.
@bazfanv2 Sorry, I meant the Amiga Ghouls and Ghosts title music track is the best.(-: gameplay wise the Amiga version of Ghouls and Ghosts is crap. The title music is awesome. Peace!
Sounds like Atari ST or rather YM2149. Strange, that here most people like it (in fact this is masterpiece), but under the video directly dedicated to Tim Follin's Atari ST work most people are saying how great was the Amiga version of the same music. Really funny... Anyway, Tim Follin is one of the best.
Which system is this version of the tune for? I'm familiar with the C64 and AMIGA versions, and even made an NES remake of this very tune myself (based on both of these), but never before have I heard this version. :o
Yeah! Great reggae-offbeat-style! :-)

@officialmashitup the Atari ST had the YM2149.. which is even more limited than the SID. and the amiga version is fantastic in my humble opinion

Excellent tune on inferior sound hardware, Follin really tries to push it. Check the C64 version.

Always liked this one, I regreted that the CPC port lacked all those musics, the few available were awesome yet.
But amiga intro one is so brilliant and a bit original.
