  • alot of well spent money went into this chruck

  • Gosh that lope sounds awful!

  • thoes 3 dislikes came from dirtymax owners

  • @huffdiesel or maybe prius drivers :D

  • @Playa1sweet must be affraid it will eat their car

  • sounds badass man!!

  • sounds shitty to me. Choppy

  • that sounds great ,iv a ford 6.2 liter straight 6 non turbo in a boat 16ft stainless stack that is 6 inch in bore the lope is very slow and drawn out

  • sounds like a big ratchet wrench... AWSOME!

  • i dont really like fords but id drive that

  • Comment removed

  • It needs slightly taller tires, and the stacked moved over to the side. Other than those she's a beauty.

  • i thikn i just fell in love

  • lop lop lop lop lop lop lop lop

  • correct me if im wrong but if it was getting too much fuel at idle wouldnt it be blowin black smoke at idle?

  • @PAID2BSAVAGE no man the smoke actually pockets in the bottom section of the pipe. Not enough force to blow it out. thats why you have to run them hard to clean out the exhaust if you run it real rich.

  • @BBroering that has to be one of the stupidest things ive ever heard lol

  • if you dont mind can u tell me all about ur tires and rimz plz i love the look

  • take her for a drive or rev it dont just walk around that beast

  • im not a fan of powerstrokes but thats a nice lope!

  • im looking to put a bigger charger on my truck. i have a modified stock charger but i have way to much fuel and was wanting to know what was on this truck. im thinkin about an S400 68mm but i wanted to know what you thought. Josh Woodruff at Woodruff Diesel is supposed to be getting my new tunes from River City also so i hope you can help me out.

  • im not a big ford fan but this is flat out SICK

  • Sooo with it loping like that an as this guy said its cause its getting too much fuel, does that mean when you get a lope tune, it ruins your gas mileage ?

  • sounds like a pissed off clock lol. very nice

  • @accusynca how awesome would it be to have a clock in the house that sounds like that?! lol

  • lope is just a little too fast for me. nice truck though

  • would you sell me this truck??? im in love.

  • Ignorance is bliss..... sick lope man. Kudos on your awesome ford.

  • I rilly hate to admit this because im a duramax guy but that is one sick lope

  • "@kbkt454ss this guy is fucken dumb, people are always gonna try and talk shit about the best product out there. he probably drives a ford, this guy says GM only has some american parts? ha jesus christ, i bet this dude works behind an office..i bet he couldnt make it one day in the Oilfields down here in the west texas heat, cant wait to read what he post back.. if he writes u back im gonna jump his ass and shut him the hell up

  • love it

  • badass

  • well to all the ford loving fags who know me..GM sent ya'll back to the drawing board i see..tryin to beef up ur numbers..hmmm i see here the chevy kickin ya'lls ass..and this wasnt a promo like ford does, there own drivers of course ur gonna show yall winning..pickup trucks.com did this.. and we kick ya'lls ass once again..im lovin it..cant wait to hear what yall have to cry about this time..fucken ford is junk..i would never drive a ford..id rather walk..CHEVY ALL THE WAY

  • @bottzxI32 the amount of times you said "ya'll" completely discredited anything useful u had to say. just sayin

  • @bottzxI32 Before the reprogram, and by less than a second in pretty much everyting.... woopy, real big advantage, rather take 1 second longer to get on the interstate than drive a Chevy....

But what really bugs me is GM is still advertising their truck "the most powerful HD truck ever" Its been over a month since Ford started reprogramed their trucks.... at least the new Powerstroke isnt made by Isuzu, and at least Ford doesnt lie!

  • @wstarcummins isuzu PWNS, and you no it!.....ya'll.

  • @bottzxI32 i would rather you walk too! that way i can load my stroker up just enought to cover you in soot and make you realize that you just got SMOKED by a ford. just sayin i think it would be fun! if you do decide to drive your daddys duratrash leave your window so i can blacken up that ugly interior for him. when you drive a real truck you can talk all you want until then shut the f*** up!

  • i think it sounds badass

  • what kind of tires are on that thing they are sick!

  • That truck is sweet, hope to build a similar one but with cummins shakin it

  • its a lope tune your dumbasses suppose to sound like that

  • had to listen to it for a minute, and im already sick of it

  • it's so fucking annoying Fail !

  • @sakotaco16 you owuldnt be saying that if you were driving down the highway doing 60mph stomp on it and completely microwave the rear tires.

  • thats a badass lope

  • thats the best looking ford ive ever seen

  • Almost sounds a bit like a Cummins.

  • thats by far my favorite 6.0 i have seen

  • Thats a good lope, check out my lope

  • thats unexplainably awsome!!!!!!!

  • nice truck, just wondering what kind of tires and rims those are they look really sharp!!

  • not a ford guy , but thats pretty cherry!

  • will just cams make it lope like that ?

  • nope fuel is injected directly into the cylinders. you need to play with timing on when fuel is injected.

  • god damn thats sounds fuckin sick !!!!!!!!, what kind and size wheels where thoes ?

  • Be careful with the lope idle tune. When the truck is cold and it try's to warm itself up by increasing the rpm's and the lope tune is on, then the truck will automatically floor itself. It doesn't know how to react when cold and with this tune. Other than that it is an awesome tune!

  • im gonna guess they know what they are doing. but nice of you to point that out for others

  • @patrick4758

No offense, but it only lopes because the truck is getting too much fuel at idle.. (The truck is heavily modified) The FICM therefore starts cutting out injector cycles and gives the engine a miss (on purpose) to try and lean itself out.. The only difference between warm/cold cylinder temps is the amount of fuel required to maintain idle.. The truck will definitely never floor itself.. I don't understand how people comment on things they know nothing about..

  • It just happened to me...Why would I be lying. I'm just informing people.

  • @patrick4758

So you are informing people of a problem that your own vehicle has and inferring that every truck with an aftermarket tune will have this problem when indeed only your truck (that obviously has a fault) does.. If you understand how these trucks ran in the 1st place, you would also then understand how idiotic of a statement you posted.. But I'll ask the question-- (even though I'm assuming you're talking about a 6.0 tune considering you commented on this video) What year tune?

  • @CHKur666S i wouldnt worry about if people know shit or not.

  • @tick450r Its tuned in the ecm to sound cool, Todd elerton is running over 400cc injectors in his 6.0 and it runs perfectly smooth at idle the way it should.

  • @CHKur666S you are wrong, it lopes because the injection is advanced.

  • @eruther

It's a diesel. If you had any idea how a diesel engine's combustion cycle worked you would realize that advancing the injection, as you call it, does not effect the compressability one iota. The engine lopes because injectors are shut off to try and limit the amount of fuel going in (bigger injectors with same pulse rates = too much fuel at idle) This is all done via software. You don't have a clue what you are talking about and obviously don't know anything about diesels

  • @eruther

So you do this for real? I know the person who tuned the truck dumbass.. I know exactly what parts are on the truck and I know EXACTLY why it idles like that. You can plug in an IDS/WDS and watch the FICM kill injectors at idle because of over-fueling. It's funny that someone from over 1000 miles away seems to think they know more about a particular vehicle than the people who actually built it. You are a fucking idiot.

  • @Chk6666S you are very inmature, with that being said id like the proof of you working on the truck. i would like for you to explain to me how more fuel causes the truck to lope, in my understanding more fuel and the same amount of air = smoke, more fuel and more are = more rpm. advancing injection timing so that fuel is injected earilier meaning it fires earlier if its warm causes lope. and yes i do this for real.

  • @eruther

The only thing immature is a young idiot like yourself chiming in on something you obviously know nothing about. And if you can't tell the difference between a 6.0L hitting on all 8 cylinders compared to the one that's hitting on 4-5 at a time in this video, I think you need to get out of the oil change rack and start cooking french fries. Cause the last thing you are is a technician. And the last thing I'm going to do is give you an automotive lesson. I charge $75/hour.

  • @eruther

Because there is a 1000hp Aeromotive Electric Fuel pump and #8 AN fuel lines directly ran from the tank to the heads to supply this truck with the required fuel it needs for the injectors that are 10x the fuel volume of OEM. The PCM/FICM's jobs are to keep the truck at a certain RPM at idle. The only way it does this is to kill random injectors so the idle doesn't rant up. Why do you think the lope is a benefit? The truck is just trying to run. You are even dumber than I thought.

  • @eruther

You're clearly not very smart. The lowest possible injector duty cycle still delivers too much fuel to maintain idle on this truck. I done repeating myself. And I'm done talking to someone that thinks they know more about a particular vehicle than the people that built it. Congrats on making an absolute fool out of yourself and getting your diesel knowledge from magazines.

  • @eruther

You come in and chime in on a truck you know nothing about and insult me by telling me that what I said was incorrect. Then tell me I don't know what I'm talking about. And you're calling me a troll? Why do I need to give you an answer? I don't need to explain shit to you. It's quite obvious that you're just upset that you really don't know what you're talking about. Not my fault you're a mental midget and obviously not very smart.Next time actually try to know something before posting

  • @Chk6666S ok you win, i give up. im not going to argue with someone who only argues with insults instead of facts and has no proof of his/her work experience with this truck.

  • @eruther

Yep telling you the exact aftermarket fuel pump, size of AN lines, and the tune isn't proof. And being able to watch the injectors shut off at idle through the WDS/IDS on this truck isn't proof either right? I suggest you look up the definition for the word proof or fact. And I'm sorry if the truth hurts, but every word I said about you is correct. You clearly are a complete dipshit. Thanks for admitting defeat! Just think, one day you can be the oil fill dude!

  • @eruther

And you can change the subject and think of me all you want. The simple fact is you clearly don't have a fucking clue what you are talking about. But by all means keep trying to explain your remedial education and experience with performance diesels and why they run the way they do. You don't even appear to know anything about base engine theory let alone electronics and computer controlled fuel delivery. You must be the washer fluid filler upper guy. Congrats!

  • @eruther Okay if over fueling doesn't cause lope, tell me why the 24v cummins will run smoothly with just a tune on it, but if you get oversized connector tubes for the injectors like .093 lines (which alot of people do) those oversized lines cause the truck to lope? Almost Every truck i have seen with oversized lines lope. And this is with a basic chip that sets the timing when you hook it up and thats it, it wouldn't change it if the lines changes it wouldn't know.

  • @boosteddiesel My point was that this truck has a tune to advance injection timing greatly and therefore it causes lope because the cylinders are firing at a different time. Most tuners dont advance the timing as far as this truck in this video and thats why all those 24v's you see dont lope that bad with an out of the box tune. I cant speak on the fact of a truck loping because of bigger injector lines because i have never seen it.

  • @CHKur666S so basicly ur sayin that it is loping without a nasty cam just b/c they have it running to rich to try and get some extra power out of it?

  • @CHKur666S Actually diesel "lope" has more to do with injection timing than the amount of fuel itself. The injection timing is retarded to the point where the explosion itself is happening at a later position of the stroke. The fuel doesnt completely burn at an idle because there is more too much fuel being injected for the amount of air being compressed at idle, and how at idle, the fuel is injected without the optimum conditions for an effecient explosion.

  • @CHKur666S The purpose of lope tunes is to compliment higher boost pressures. Without the necessary boost pressure, which is what you have at idle, it has this lopey sound. The slowed injection timing of the lope tune is complimented with high boost pressures where cylinder temps and pressures optimize the slowed timing for a more effecient explosion. But at idle, you get lope.

  • @CHKur666S too bad there is no FICM on this truck :x but nice try

  • @louisvanwilker then what is there??? nothing to control injection... your high. have you heard of 315mm injectors and a lope idle tune?

  • @patrick4758 you dont know what your saying do you

  • sounds good!!

  • Sounds tits.

  • how much did that truck cost to get to run like that? i will pay you to tune mine to sound like that!!!!

  • man thats a hard lope lol never heard one lope like that

  • Comment removed

  • what size wheel and tire combo?

  • Alright, I've made my decision, it sounds pretty badass...haha. Does it hurt the engine whatsoever to have that lope tune?

  • Sound kind of cool, but yet kind of shitty... not sure which.

  • so is it idling like that because of bigger fuel lines or injector misfire or cams?

  • @645shaiboy

It lopes when excess fuel is pumped through the engine at idle.

  • not done yet are ya i'd think some traction bars are in order

  • lopes probibly because of a high performance cam or lots of fuel. sounds nice. lets see that in action.

  • Must see this thing run.

  • That looks sick!!

  • sweet got the lights in and it all together since the last vid. truck is SWEET! how the hell does it lope like that?

  • It normally lopes because of bigger fuel lines.

  • actually found out it was because of the tune and the 315mm injectors were not all firing
