First, I love this song. Second, To any of the "bible-thumpers" out there. Have no fear, if anything this song is really more a slam against my religion. I'm a Hellenic Polytheist, and they use many phrases that involve my religion's beliefs in what happens when you die. It's a little insulting just that the song is associated with an apocalypse, and the underworld is associated with hell, when in reality it was where you went, good or bad. It wasn't hell.

I wish I had the means by which to make a video using this song. I'd include clips of everything from war, to greed, to the self-indulgent Hollywood hypocrisy, hunger, poverty, bullying, this song really defines not how we're in hell, but how we have created a world for ourselves where God is dead. It's beautiful and dark and absolutely true. "Save yourself and let them suffer" literally means to not give up on dreaming, loving, and living. Not letting the nightmares we live consume our souls.

I really liked the vid they made so for one of my projects last year I sent them a message on YouTube and asked if they could send it to me. They happily did so I have a copy of that video, although I won't redistribute/upload it without permission. The video was called "Planet Hell War Version".

Although, it is EXTREMELY easy to get the video back, just search for "How to resolve wmg copyright" on YouTube and you should be able to get your video back within a day usually. Planet Hell is a commonly removed song.

I'd have to disagree.

I see it as a song about how screwed and corrupt up the world has become, Tuomas is using imagery to draw parallels between Hell and Earth to really get the point across. The Ark mentioned probably either refers to Noah's ark or the Ark of the Covenant, both of which are symbols of being saved, and how mankind isn't deserving of salvation. Which, according to most religions is true. Many religious would agree that without God's help we cannot obtain salvation

Maybe you could use the fonts of Nightwish: The logo font I am not sure which is, I know SaffronToo offers a very simmilar aspect to the true font, and the font of the musics in the album once is "Tension". =D
