  • I meant you couldn't tell that she didn't have her BACK legs, I realize she had the front ones, idk why I wrote that like that.

  • I can't believe how well she used to get around!!! You couldn't even tell she didn't have legs! Sorry for your loss, I'm sure you miss her dearly as she had wonderful temper when you picked her up!! I just adopted my hedgie from someone who had him for two years, all he does is curl up and hiss, I'm trying to handle him a lot and get him acclimated to me! Hedgies are precious!!!

  • Omg I love this little hedgie! Soooo cute. I just saw ur first vid of her and was madly looking for this one. You must be an amazing owner because she is turning out very well. May I make a suggestion though? In the baby vid where she was still a baby you could see her back legs they were inside if her. Since her skin was still a bit transparent u could c them. The vet may be able to make a small cut so she can squeeze her legs out and then sew the skin back properly. Will you plz try taking he

  • Wow! I couldnt even tell she had no back legs

  • SHES GOING TO BE MINEEE!!!!LOL

  • does he/she run on a wheel

  • What a pretty hedgehog! You would never know she didn't have back legs. My Quinn is much like krasusboy's! I wouldn't know if she had back legs or not, she's always curled up in a tight ball popping and hissing! I'm so glad you were blessed with her. A pet store may have made a very different decision when faced with a needy hedgie!

  • bless. she looks just like mine, apart from the legs

  • i really wanted to adopt a special needs hedgie, but there wasnt any @ the breeder :(

  • she's using her front legs and her butt muscles :P

  • Good lord, she runs really well for having only 2 legs.

  • Is this hedgehog a plantinum?

  • That thing should have a big 6-pack:) You can feel bad for it but you dont need to because it still has feelings... so sad it was born with a disabilitie :( good owners like that make me so happy! Love the poor litttle thing!

  • awww shes so cute glad that you've been taking good care of her! :D she must be loved alot from because of her cuteness

  • my heart just exploded

  • do you let her out of this box sometimes ?

  • What a sweet little love-ball! I'm glad to see her doing well. Thanks for sharing her progress with us.

  • It seemed to me in the first video, and now even more that she actually has some kind of back legs under her skin. (so maybe only tiny crippled or something) because she's moving not only her hips, but something more under her skin. did you went for a doctor and do an x-ray scan ?

  • awwww shes gorgeousssssss i want herrr lol :D shes adorable

  • haha so cute.. what was that song called though i liked it

  • WANT!

  • Beine, I see what you did there with the name.

  • It doesn't seem to bother her at all:)

  • omg she so big and healthy, great job! omg i cant wait to get one!! :3

  • awww looks like shes just a normal adult hedgie! i can tell that she is one happy hedgie

  • are hedgehogs quils sharp

  • I got my hedgehog from this breeder and he is just great! You can tell she handles them a lot because it only took a couple of days for him to be comfortable around me.

  • It's dancing~

  • i saw the first video of her, im glad to see she is still doing well. She's beautiful!

  • did you name her beine, because of the german word for legs?

    she is so wonderful. :D

  • She really grew up nicely, didn't she? How pretty, she looks almost snowflake to me; is she?

You've done so well with her, she's obviously very well-adjusted and happy. May she spend many happy years loving you and being loved by you.

  • aw congratulations beine!! You guys did a good job raising her :) she looks too cute!

  • She's a gorgeous colour! I'm glad that she didn't let herself be hindered by her special need.

Just curious, though - what's that song in the background?

  • @entropyis Franz Ferdinand - 40 ft

  • krasuboy uyour hedgehog reminds me of shadow from sonic

  • did you get her because of her decibelity?

  • @iclickable no, she was born and raised with that loving family :)

  • Thank you for helping this cutie :3

I'm sure she would'n live for too long in wild life with only 2 paws :(

  • Wow, she really turned white (and a little plump)! Beautiful girl, any way she can wheel?

  • It's so nice to see a deformed animal still go about its life with hardly any complications. From up above you would never think that there was anything wrong with her. She is so cute. Such a beautiful hedgie!

  • O.O omg she seems normal... why dont you add somthing to he cage?

  • It's so cute! *//////*

  • Did you ever have a vet check her, it appears her legs are there just inside her body. You can even see her walking on them through her skin! What is the deal with that. I read lots of comments on the first video about that but you never commented.

  • Aww so cute. Thanks for raising her =]

  • Amazing !

  • I'm so happy to see that she's grown to be a healthy (and beautiful!) girl. Kudos to you for having faith in her!

  • this makes me so happy I almost want to cry!

  • 0_o

  • Bless you for taking such good care of her!

And what a beautiful girl she has become!

    \(^__^)/

  • awwhh, i watchedd when she was lihhk... a real babby. =]

  • What a beauty she turned out to be! So glad she's doing well! :)

  • It's a boy!

  • wow i would so take her if she was at a petshop

  • She seems to really like you for you to pick it up like that. Like my cat, I can pick her up however I want and she doesn't care lol. Very good to see she is doing well.

  • omg how does the hedgehog let you pick it up like that o.O Mine goes WTF U DOIN GWITH ME FF F FF

  • I teared up a bit seeing her condition in the first vid, but I'm so glad to see she's flourishing under your care! sweet little Beine

  • when she walks i can't even tell also do you still give them meal worms and stuff if you give them hedgehog mix food (like you have)?

  • what a beautiful little hedgie girl! And, like so many animals born with a missing part, they don't seem to miss what they never had...they just figure it out, and go on from there. You go, Beine!

  • does she have a special diet due to her inability to run on the wheel?

  • happy to see her doing good

  • She's a cutie and she adjusted well to the missing leg. Long life for Beine

  • omg sooo cute :)

  • She's SO AMAZING!!! I LOVE HER! SO CUTE!

  • What a wonderful adjustment this baby has made! She is absolutely gorgeous, and it makes my day to see her so healthy and successful an adult! Kudos to her human keepers -- I'll bet she has you wrapped around her little paw, like my hedgie does me! Thanks for sharing this video!

  • <3 Aw, she's a beautiful little sweetheart! <3

  • And just look at her now. All grown up and healthy, uncaring of the fact that she has no back legs. Well done to all of you, Beine for her strong little spirit, and you for not giving up on her and raising her to be the beautiful, happy hedgie that she so clearly is.

  • What an inspiration!!

  • Does she run on a wheel like a normal hedgie would? Is there some other way you help to exercise her?

I applaud you for your well socialized babies! I just recently got a rescue hedgie, and she is very shut down emotionally. We've named her popcorn because of the noise they make when they are upset---she does it alot. Can't even hold her yet, but she's slowly getting better.

  • She runs around in her cage- I would be afraid she would injure herself on a wheel.

  • aww that's great to hear she's been doing great

  • I want a two legged hedgie. Looks like she gets around no problem, and fast. Were did you get yours my girlfriend and I are interested in purchasing one.

  • I'm so happy to hear that she is doing so well!! I really can't count the times I've thought about this cutie-pie and wondered what happened to her. Thank you so much for the update. :D

  • PIGGY!!!

    Cute babies!!!

  • aww that's adorable!
