  • This is probably when Alice looked the best.

  • thumbs up if your siiick

  • I photographed Alice in 1974 and 1977. To see the shots go to ianmarkmusicphotos (.com)

  • Crappy sound, crappy image quality ... those were the days! Just wish I was older to have known those great days. :( Anyway, great video, great song! \m/

  • @SeikyoJack Look up the video. maybe a site has it. And look for a lyrics video for a better quality.

  • Sounds like something bon jovi would sing.

  • Rock N Roll isnt about stressing out hehe

  • 7 people are stoopid

  • I like everone in here, but this was a very generic sounding period during Cooper's career. Anybody could have performed this song.

  • trivium

  • Ozzy is at 3:33

  • Epic beyond belief

  • If Ozzy is the prince of Darkness that makes Alice Cooper The Lord of Darkness.

  • Ozzy+ The Satch+ Alice Cooper= One Great Concert!

  • Alice Cooper and Ozzy Osbourne : 2 Fucking legend of rock !!

  • Ozzy at 3:25-3:30, He joins Alice at the "You know, I know" parts. You see him on the Screen and you need to listen carefully to hear him.

  • i think it's him, not sure, sorry if it's not but i think ozzy's at 3:33

  • This video rocks but where the fuck is Ozzy?

  • Where's ozzy here ?

  • Alice coopeeeeeeer!!! IS THE BEST

  • Alice and ozzy, love both of them. never would have been metal without ozzy with sabbath... and the original Alice Cooper band.. i think Ozzy ended up being a little more popular than Alice, but still i like alice just a little bit more than ozzy.

  • Ozzy, Slash, and Satriani all contibuted to this song in the studio. it's awesome.

  • Alice Cooper and the original band become members of the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame in 2011.. long past due, but it made me happy to hear it.

  • Yo, Yo Ozzy can you get in the studio for a second ok were just gonna have you say "You Know, I Know" what? You think it's pointless too?

  • why does anyone compare artist wit each other? artists should be measured by their own merits

  • i never saw ozzy :/

  • sale una caga nomas ozzy, cuek!

  • i knew its a joke coz ozzy and alice cant be togather its like kings of heavy like bringing led zeppelin and queen togather

  • BIG thubms up for Ozzy & Alice! Classic rock never dies!!

  • Am i the only one whom see Joe satriani at 4:05? t's def. one of his signature guitars!

  • ALICE COOPER VS MICHAEL JACKSON (thumbs up if you agree alice is the best)

  • @TRICHINELOSIS more thumbs up should be here

  • @TRICHINELOSIS Alice Cooper and Michael Jackson are different legends. I love them both!

  • @TRICHINELOSIS vs the king of pop lol alice is good but c'mon son!!!!!

  • @TRICHINELOSIS Are you kidd'en? How can you put Alice Cooper in the same sentince as that child raper! Thumbs up! with a hell yea!

  • @TRICHINELOSIS MICHAEL IS THE KING OF POP, ALICE IS THE KING OF HORROR_ROCK , So, they are BOTH GODS OF MUSIC!!!!

I'm a mj and alice fan

  • @Bleudour and system of a down is the king of metal xD

  • thumb down

  • @TRICHINELOSIS i never cared much for michael jackson. I have always been a big fan of Alice. but truth is Mj. and Alice did have something in common, Both did a lot of theatrical stages shows. Both were big fans of old horror movies, and Vincent Price, and both did some work with him. Alice was always crazy on stage, and Mj, well.. lol. he had problems for sure. i dont like pop music, but Mj was way way better and more talented than shit like justin bieber...

  • @TRICHINELOSIS Michael jacksons dead and Alice thinks he is great. Its not gonna happen.

  • @TRICHINELOSIS first of all this is a totally different genre of music...its not even comparable

  • THE GUY CHANGED MY LIFE, NICE

  • Where's Ozzy in the video?

  • @mechaghostman2 at 3:28 and 3:33 are the only times I spotted him. He is only on the screne for a few seconds.

  • Alice Cooper rocks from now until the end of time. Don't think better words have ever come from anyone...except for our founding fathers. I loved Alice Cooper growing up. He was the best. His song writing abilities still baffle me. He is a really nice guy too! I have met him twice and he remembered the first time I met him. Cops were everywhere. Thanks for you video.

  • Alice Cooper rocks from now until the end of time. So true...If you have never met him in person you are missing it. The guy is great. I was filling my tank in Arizona and I looked up and asked, "Are you Alice Cooper?" He said, how can you tell? When I was in high school, we made it a business to follow this guy. San Diego Civic Center, get this, the Los Angeles Forum, Long Beach Civic Center...man I miss those days. Thanks for the vid.

  • This what Alice said in an interview, about his new album !!

"Ten songs are written already. It’s going to be called The Night Shift. The concept is, it’s a really dark radio show where I’m the disc jockey, and every song I play will be by a different fictitious band. At some point, you’ll realize this disc jockey is a little bit more than that. And I’m sure there will be some kind of a twist ending."

  • Praise be to Alice and all those who have perished in the crazy business of rocknroll!

This is theatre! Take it as you find it.

If you think that is negative, then it's due to your own mind, no one else's!

  • 3:50 its joe satriani??

  • @gabor584

Yeah it is. This song is with the singer of Judas Priest, Ozzy Osbourne, Slash and Bon Jovi's bassist too :)

  • @gabor584 that's what I was thinking too, that definately looked like Satch

  • @gabor584 yes

  • Ozzy sang for like 5 seconds

  • song great video very strong and solo slash amamzing

  • I love the end, where he just wanders around the burnt building, nonchalantly!!

    All hail Alice!!

  • Ozzy Osbourne and Alice Cooper, for what more you can ask for?

  • first time i heard this song, I was about 13, JUST getting into Ozzy

I found this song & thought (until I wound up finding a pic of him) that Alice Cooper was a girl, but couldn't figure out why there weren't any female vocals lmao

Alice & Ozzy \m/ song kicks so much ass \m/

  • 3:50 joe satriani !!!

  • this song wasnt as famous as i think it should have its a great song and haven a little of ozzy makes it better

  • that paul stanley on the guitar?

  • @deucenstien13 No, if I remember right the guitarists on this track are Slash and Joe Satriani.

  • @deucenstien13

    Yes it is.

  • @deucenstien13

The video shows Paul Stanley from KISS on the guitar. The guitarists on the album notes for the song also include Slash from Guns N' Roses and Joe Satriani. Good eye though.

  • @deucenstien13 That's Satriani at the end of the video playing the solo. The other guitar player was Stef Burns. However, Eric Singer is the drummer in this vid!

  • Cobain: the first emo that gave a shot on own head. Such ridicolous lyrics like ''Rape me'' who on earth that is normal do a gay and moron thing like that?

  • @ThePedrohbc cobain must have done something right. fifteen years after his death, people are still bitching about him. now i don't know about you, but that's how i define success. funny thing is, they are bitching all over the place. under an alice cooper video and places that have nothing to do with nirvana. that's promotion. that would be an honor for me to get people worked up on that level. rape me is a good song. it's quite a humorous title. get over it. or not.

  • @MotherBadAss Anyone can make sucess with media's help. Even Justin Bieber, or those motherfuckers, but I respect more Cobain of course he attempted to do something nice but he didn't reached. And I hate pessimistic songs, like I'm Loser of Beatles or Rape Me from Nirvana, this is my opinion, and you've yours.

  • @ThePedrohbc And people like me say who is Justin Bieber besides some douche who's name is always getting forced into my eye sockets on the internet? Thank you for being one of those people who draws this rodent into my brain. If it weren't for people, I never would have heard of the name. I'd be much better off. I liked Nirvana when they were almost unheard of. For all the people who blame one band for the death of stupid nutless bands like Slaughter, I think it;s funny, but not Nrvana's doing.

  • @MotherBadAss you suck! end of story. BYE

  • @MotherBadAss I have to disagree. Cobain was just a whiney puss. Only difference from emo would be it doesn't have that God awful screaming. Truly is overrated and yeah people are a bit angry at him for killing Glam. I don't necessarily believe it was Grunge that killed it but rather the media and it's self since everyone was trying to hop on board the wagon. Glam's coming back though and it's not as good as it used to be but some of it's ok.

  • @MetalManiac014 kurt was just doing his thing. he did what he was best at. a lot of people liked it. some of it was very influenced by metal. you can't blame him for being himself and for making the most he could with it. at the end of the day, all we can be is what we are. or fake it. that scene was already on it's way out, but even kurt liked bands like queen and etc. he was doing his own thing and he did good for himself. kurt was very upbeat and fun, actually. he wasn't a downtrodden emo.

  • @MotherBadAss . I agree though. It killed it's self. Thanks to those wannabe bands that didn't have half decent singers or guitarists. He does have some pretty depressing music. As for the lyrics to Floyd the Barber I found them kinda disgusting. Was it supposed to be funny? Not sure to be honest but I think he ought to leave that stuff to the real professional. Frank Zappa. Take care dude. Just remember though. I don't care for Nirvana or Grunge. I just want to listen to my music.

  • @MetalManiac014 Thanks to Soundscan, some guy in a suit can decide what is pushed and promoted to the public. They tell everybody what is cool and hip, even if it's not. Then it sells only because it sells. The consumers get caught up in eating that mainstream caca. Things are not about sounding good or being cool anymore. Even the rap, pop, country & everything else has become total bullshit. Not that I was ever big on that anyway, but I like a good song if it's a good song and well executed.

  • @MotherBadAss Yep. People mainly buy into that because they don't know any better. There's some okay country out there. Not a big fan of it but stuff like Taylor Swift isn't country. It's pop. No if's, and's or but's. Same goes for me. I used to actually like Nirvana and Fallout Boy and stuff. Back in 6th grade. Then I discovered the Crue and boy did everything change from there. Totally dropped new music since then. Same goes for me. I find things lacking in new music though.

  • @MetalManiac014 I love Crue too. I liked them since the early days. Best concert I ever went to was a Motley show at the front row with some seriously awesome Crue chick that I didn't even know that was hugging all over me while her boyfriend was ready to kick my ass. Performance wise, the show was top of the line. Exploding bass guitars and drum sets. Some old country is ok. Hank III is ok. J Cash. Etc. Yeah, that's cool. I still like Motley Crue.

  • @MotherBadAss Aww... man that sounds awesome. Except for the boyfriend part lol. What i'd give to see that show! That's exactly why I love Glam and Hair. The energy of their performances! It's simply amazing. The band never sits still. It makes for a great performance. I hate seeing a band stand up there and look down while playing their instruments. They look like total losers. I love to see the fireworks and pyrotechnics. Yep. Only reason I know bout country is because I live in the south.

  • @MetalManiac014 Yeah I grew up in the south. I agree. Glam rock made it cool to be a rockstar. I like it flashy. I still dress that way. Funny thing about the crue concert is I took a girl who I liked, but I think she was more into the free ticket. I think the other chick's date was in the same position. I should have hooked him up with my date and traded off. They were both alright. It pissed my date off too though, so I was in total heaven. I miss the era of flashy bands too.

  • @MetalManiac014 We can agree to disagree on Nirvana. All I know about being a musician is that you are whatever comes out of you and with that, you can only do your best and try to make it something cool, original and moving to yourself and others. You can't please everybody. I like music that moves me. Today's mainstream doesn't move me at all. I'd gladly take the 80s or the early 90s in the place of today's bullshit. I'm pretty sure that's not me getting old. The industry flat out sucks.

  • @MotherBadAss and I kinda took a part of that as a insult. Yep. Nirvana's got talent in their own way. I'm not a fan of them as I said before but if you like Nirvana and are ok with my music i'm okay with you. Me too dude. Thumbs up for that. Music seems to of lost all feeling. It's not trust me. I'm 14 and I can tell you the stuff out there today has got nothin' on the 80's or 90's. It's all about the money nowadays.

  • @MetalManiac014 My deal with Nirvana is that I liked them when they were virtually unknown to the mainstream. When they hit the top of the mainstream, I felt like something personal to me was being taken by people I fucking hated in school and elsewhere like douche bags wearing their t-shirts and singing their songs, but I was happy to see the band thrive. Every band wants to be successful and you can't blame them for that. The more people who like it, the better. Take care man.

  • @MotherBadAss That's good to know. You support what you like even when it's unpopular or out of style. Kinda like us here. We're not so different, you and I. You liked Nirvana when they weren't popular and I like stuff like Kix even though it's not popular anymore. Some Hair bands are quite popular though. Said Kix mainly because they wen't out pretty fast. Bands like Ratt and the Crue are still huge. Nirvana's success is allright by me. I only insult others music when they insult mine honestly.

  • @MetalManiac014 i guess the media and courtney love portray kurt as this manically depressed guy who was miserable all the time, but watching his interviews and other shit... he was always laughing, smiling and fucking off. his self-depreciating attitude that he reflected outward on occasion was really more of a way to downplay any idea of self-importance, i think. this whole idea of him being emo really doesn't fit him that much. christ. he was way better than trixter and those metal boy bands.

  • @MotherBadAss reseblance to emo. Besides ALOT of emos are very fond of Kurt. I gotta agree though. The later Hair and Glam bands, for the most part, were pretty bad. I'm willing to admit that. Slaughter was one of the better ones though. Some were good but for the others I don't even know what they were thinking. I don't blame him for being himself. Kurt was a notorious people pleaser. Like I said before though. I find his guitar work just below average. Songwriting is good but it's not my thing

  • @MetalManiac014 Kurt liked Sabbath, Old Metallica and shit like that too. You can like his music or not, but he was stil a cool guy who liked metal, rock and a lot of cool shit. I'm not even sure about the word Grunge. Rock is rock. Nirvana. Alice in Chains. All of that is rock. I think Eddie Vedder probably did more to influence wussies who all tried to copy him and filled the radio with guys like creed and days of the new who sing like theyre trying to swallow their own tonsils. Yeaaraaah!

  • @MetalManiac014 i can dig alice. if you think kurt was emo, then read the lyrics to floyd the barber. i love some metal. i even like alice and wasp, despite their whole christian thing that i'm not very fond of. a lot of people who like good metal like nirvana. soundscan probably had more to do with killing the rock genre than anything. morons prefer to buy bullshit & the average consumer has really bad taste. they buy whatever they are told is "hip" because they haven't got minds of their own.

  • @MotherBadAss Honestly I've got nothing at all against Kurt or any of his fans. I'm not a fan of his music. Simple as that. I wouldn't even care to mention his name if people would stop showing up at a Poison or Alice Cooper video stating how great he is. I don't care and neither do 90% of the other people. I just want to listen to some music and browse through the comments. So you're saying just because I don't like Nirvana I wouldn't know good metal? People buy what people like. Atleast that

  • @MetalManiac014 No, I didn't say you wouldn't like good metal. You might very well. I'm just saying a lot of Nirvana fans do and they wouldn't limit themselves to one thing, so it's not like Nirvana knocked metal out of it's place. I've can't see people who limit themselves to only one Genre. That seems pretty unnatural to me with all of the music out there. Like I said, Soundscan killed rock and good music in general on a mainstream level. Soundscan killed radio and MTV.

  • @MotherBadAss I definetly don't stick to one genre. Glam, Hair, Southern Rock, Blues, early Thrash, Rock N' Roll and early Rock N' Roll. There's a couple more. I agree though. Take care dude. Best of wishes.

  • @MetalManiac014 yeah me too. i'm all over the place when it comes to music. that comes with growing older through different eras of music. i'll say that 2000's haven't brought me much of anything new, but some decent indie stuff i've found, unless you count older bands who are still putting out decent stuff. get out and see a crue show if you haven't before. you won't be disappointed. anyhow. good talking with you. it's been interesting. take care. all the best.

  • @MotherBadAss is if that person actually works for their money and is responsible. I know he liked Sabbath and Old Metallica doesn't mean your music is going to appeal to the same crowd. Like I said I don't care for the man. Rock is Rock but there are subgenres that all have a different sound or there would be no point to having different names. Lol Gotta agree there my friend. I know. I don't blame him for anything. Honestly I feel he's overrated. Just my opinion though. His music however bears

  • this has ozzy in it? sure doesn't sound like it. i think it would be ironic for ozzy to sing it.

  • @aquacode2 Ozzy does the backing vocals i think :) x

  • Juanyz4: Cobain was genious so shut up if you don't uderstand him you are idiot Thank U Alice is not bad but Cobain is better ...;)

  • joe satriani is in this video!

  • awesome song. alice RULES!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • alice cooper apparently poison was co written by someone who's girlfriend / boyfriend had HIV hence the lyrics "I want to kiss you but I wanted too much....." so i'm told anyway

  • ozzy is better.

  • Happy Birthday Alice. It maybe 3 days late but better late then never.=)

  • I love Alice Cooper, but Ozzy helped created the sound of metal

  • @pjonri fuck yeah man

  • Alice is the Best singer hands down.

  • Cobain noy sucks

  • BeatleJuice ???

  • COBAIN SUCKS ALICE IS THA BEST

  • @juanyz4 It's ironic how this song is like an Anti-Drug & Anti-Suicide song & yet during this time Kurt Cobain was emerging in popularity & people we're turning towards the Grunge movement.

  • @juanyz4 that's true, cobain does suck and alice rules. but why compare them in the first place? xD

  • cobain is fuckin' good have you ever read his amazing lyrics?

  • @juanyz4 opinion

  • @juanyz4 you suck cobain and cooper ftw

  • dude if thier is no kurt thier would be no nirvana he invite the fucken grunge

  • @juanyz4 ok u can't compair them they're from 2 diff song types i agree alice rocks tho

  • finally someone who agrees that man was a emo fag

  • Alice's music will rock until the end of time

  • one word to describe this song: awesome

  • someone should have turned COBAIN on to this,,,,,,,,,,,

  • except for the fact that he got killed by that drugged up whore who used him to get famous, yeah.

  • This song speaks out against suicide, drug use, murder and all sorts of self-destructive behavior. It says that it ain't the answer. Alice Cooper rocks from now until the end of time.

  • Murder isn't self-destructive... It's just plain destructive...

    ...Not promoting it, though...

  • @Mr1987spoon Yet you probably wont find anyone who has done more drugs than ozzy lol..

  • @mikelewer actually.. Jack Nickelson and Keith Richards can top Ozzy ;D

  • @mikelewer

Syd Barrett? Jim Morrison? Dave Mustaine?

  • @Mr1987spoon if this talks about what you said there.. does Poison talk about cheating on your wife??

  • @Mr1987spoon Fuckin A MAN!!!

  • @Mr1987spoon and beyond, my friend... and beyond

  • @Mr1987spoon ozzy??

  • I think Alice Cooper is HOT 4 an old guy!!

  • That was Ozzy at 3:27, wasn't it?

  • yep

  • on duh smart one

  • Alice Cooper is the best rocker ever.

  • 3:27. There's Ozzy.

  • Looked more like John Lennon

  • where the hell is Ozzy in this video..?. I didn't see him :$

  • super i love alice cooper

  • slash has the guitar solo in this song you know

  • Yep! But Joe Satriani, too! He also appears in the video! ;-)

  • Joe did'nt play on this track but he gave his contribute on two other songs of the album."ind up toy and Burning our bed

  • cool

  • Awesome! Spot on, Perry!

  • Why there's Eric Singer on drums !?!? He never played a note on the hey stoopid album......
