This game might just have the best stage1 music ever, but not by much. I think I had almost as much of an eargasm while playing Demon's Crest and Castlevania Symphony Of The Night.

Yeah, i think i agree. It's not so much the music itself than how it builds up in the beginning, that was pure epic, never seen an opening so smoothly blending with the first stage.

i have to slightly agree with u.actraiser has a damn good soundtrack.but his best works ever were Streets of Rage 2 and Revenge of Shinobi.those soundtracks are untouchable.

Blasphemy. No first level in any 16-bit games has a better song than Super Mario World. That includes Super Mario Worlds 1 and 2. That is some alright music though.
