Man, you dishonor this rivalry because you don't know your history. Both programs are top 5; some rank USC #1 and some rank them #3. USC with 11 National Championships and 7 Heisman trophy winners and more players in the NFL Hall of Fame and most overall #1 pick in the NFL draft. This is a great rivalry because both programs are historic and part of the elite royalty.

@ripperduck True, our Song Girls were off the chart. The "pep" aspect of USC football was better in the old days, when we did things like card stunts and unique yells.

The most memorable yell that I recall came at the end of the 1974 USC-ND game, with USC leading 55-24. We had heard that OSU coach Woody Hayes was in the booth doing TV commentary. His team was coming to the Rose Bowl to play us, so we yelled, "Woody, You're Next!" I never heard a louder yell at the Coliseum.
