You should low pass filter your vector so it doesn't wobble so badly. But really awesome.

hi, I'm doing on eye tracking with openCV. But I don't know how to work with gaze tracking. So is it possiple to have your source code for reference. Now I am student at university. Thank you very much.

Oh, yeah. My bachelor's degree project doesn't hold a candle to this. )
Were you using OpenCV libraries? (I used Matlab and performance really sucked, not that it was not expected :P)
How is your success with non-plain backgrounds?
Do you do a calibration (sampling skin tone, background light) before running the tracking algorithm?

Your results look great. Some loose of tracking of your eyes on a couple frames, but it seems ok.
Are you planning to open source your code?
