I’ve been reading up on the ‘no exercise’ rule while on HCG, discussed thoroughly on Blogspot.com (see Does the HCG Weightloss Plan Work, by ProjectMe). Dr. A.T.W. Simeon didn’t seem to have such a prohibition. His only warns that strenuous exercise of long duration my=water gain, not weight gain or loss stall. And, there is valid debate on whether the “starvation mode” theory rightly applies. Have a look at the article and leave a comment. I'd love to hear your thoughts!

Hi Jibbie49. I was just worried about losing weight on P4 and then starting another round of HCG prtocol. I wasn't trying to stay away FROM exercise. But at this point, I'm over it. I have not read anything specific about the adverse effects of losing a few pounds during P4 and it may not even be possible to lose actual pounds but gain muscles.

I'm sure exercise makes you FEEL better, so why keep yourself from something you enjoy and will elevate your mood.

lol! I'm obsessing too much about the weight. Thanks. And it has something to do with the camera angle, but only in part. ;-)
