i have less than 3mbps broadband and i can stream quantum videos at 720 WITH the animation. And i believe that 480 and 720 have the same audio quality now (tho i could be wrong) and 480 is no worries at all.

If your net isnt good enough to cope with the anim, the 1990's are after you, they want their internets back.
