It's not that guys don't like tall women. They just like to be taller than their girl. Most men feel awkward if they're shorter than the girl, so, the shorter (within reason) a girl is, the more chances she gets to not intimidate guys, so they'll talk to her.

@MarianaGina i agree, i think tall women are sexy but i think the problem is that tall women tend to post they want someone taller than them and that puts off potential date seekers. Also it's kind of a status thing i guess, everybody wants to be the big man for their little lady or something.
