what do you mean??? he had like 8 tackles all year. Have you ever watched the Lions or are you just saying hes good because he had a hard special teams tackle?

They tallied 10 tackles I believe. But a lot of tackles he was in on they didnt count. On special teams they just pick a player who was in on the tackle and give it to that one guy. I believe he was activated from the practice squad the 5th week of the year. So he didnt play a full year. And he had some 4 or 5 hits that were very destructive. Check out the Arizona hit. Or the Colts hit. Plus, when youre known as a hard hitter the return team picks you out of the bunch to block.

As a Lions fan, Follet hits is one of the things I look forward to the most each year. I went to the Lions vs. Cards game last year and it's funny the things you don't see on TV. Before every kick off Follet pumps his arm like he is pulling a train brake cord. It's hilarious. Then he speeds down field and rocks people. I love it. Probably my favorite player on the Lions behind CJ and Delmas. (Delmas is just a beast)

Follett doesn't get play time because the one area the team was deep at last year was linebacker.

Follett will probably have to keep making his name in special teams for another year or two. Once Julian Peterson is gone, he'll almost certainly step in there, and that may be sooner rather than later considering the size of his contract.

He's a special teamer and nothing more, he can hit. He can't play the pass, he cant shred blocks, he's on coverage and makes big hits. Nothing more.
