  • i actually see a problem with this person he was being asked politely a) not to film in the direction of the base b) show the SF his id and that was that was anyone else detained at the protest who complied with the officer on the military base?

  • @iurmantoday Yeah but- part of the issue is, there is some level of motivation to actually get arrested. This way, they can make the USAF and the Government look bad, and look unconstitutional, and tyrranic, and get it all on YouTube.

  • @dmedicFF The sad reality is that the cops are by far the most criminal and most violent street gang out there. Any decent citizen has to take steps to make sure that their training is such that in the event that it's necessary to defend one's rights, the only mourning families will be those of the maniacs behind badges.

  • @dmedicFF I'm not going to bother remembering what you said about the law. What you said was three different kinds of stupid. Cops can kill too? DUH! That's the entire point of open carry. Cops are tasering to death old ladies in their sick beds for not getting up fast enough. (think I'm kidding? Google it) This is why I tell everyone that if you believe in the right to bare arms as I do, then you have a moral obligation to ensure that your firearms training far exceeds that of any cop.

  • @dmedicff You're either a liar or an idiot. Regardless of whether it's a cop or a smurf who's attempting to perform the false arrest before getting his brains blown out, this is still not an issue of perception. Anyone knows when they have not committed a crime worthy of arrest. For you to claim that this is a perception issue is childish thinking worthy of a cop, which means that you're either a cop or qualify to be one. A citizen has the right to resist false arrest. Don't like it? Too Bad.

  • @schlubber215 You just remember what I told you about the Law, if you ever find yourself in a position to be arrested....it will save you additional trouble, and may even save your life- Police can use force too-even deadly under stern circumstances.

  • That's your answer to the New York Times article that Al Awlaki dineD at the Pentagon while on the most wanted list? That's your answer to the AP/Reuters articles where the terrorist US gov admitted to helping the underwear bomber get on the plane without a passport, but it was no big deal? That's your answer to the US gov admitting that Tim Osman was meeting with the CIA in America at the same time he was America's number 1 wanted terrorist. You are fucking crazy, you dumbass traitor.

  • The NAZI's were also just doing their job, man. The Nurenburg trials proved that excuse doesn't work. And save your exploding camera BS for some stupid MP who will believe it. The war on terror is fake. The US gov took down the twin towers. The US government hosted Al Awlaki at a pentagon dinner a few months after 911 while he was the number 2 man on the most wanted list. The terrorists are the US criminal government and Americans have the right to film. It's freedom. It's the constitution.

  • You can't video record a military installation without the consent of the installation commander. If the base police tell you to knock it off, you need to do that.

  • Comment removed

  • You should of dropped kicked the fucker, this twat has no powers off military bases

  • Its post 9/11, you are trained to report any suspicious activity at or around the facility. (i.e. photography, recording, and documentation of a military facility.) Especially at the gate, not in uniform or providing proper identification as the Security Forces personnel asked you to provide nemours times. They don't know who you are or what your intentions are. There was no wrong doing here, just standard protocol.

  • @johngnu161 Suspicious activity? You are one stupid fucker. Video recording is not suspicious activity. It's not a gun. It's a video camera! An American has the inalienable right to record in any public place and at any time and has no need to excuse or identify himself just because he/she is recording. The man had the camera to ensure that any illegal activity being committed by base personnel would be documented and that's exactly what he accomplished. Don't like it? Fuck you!.

  • Awww, it's so cute that there are idiots out there naive enough to think that Americans have the right to videotape anywhere at any time they choose lmao

  • anyway...does not matter what I say because you have your mind made up and there is no changing it. I was just trying to help out some way by shedding some light on the process and jurisdiction issues so you can exercise your rights and protest, even though it's ironic because you are mad at the people have sworn an oath to defend the constitution and those rights even if it means death, so we can all have them...oh well...good luck to you and take care...

  • @afsf74 To claim that I'm saying the truth because I'm angry at the people who swear oaths to the constitution is a misinformation tactic. I'm not angry at those who swear oaths to defend the constitution. I'm angry at those who swear oaths to defend the constitution and then violate it as the traitors in this video have done. Americans can videotape anywhere at any time they choose. You can bow down and lick the boots of your government gods if that makes you happy. I choose freedom.

  • @schlubber215 the security police were just doing their job man. one day a person shows up filming and then the next day something gets blown up!! i use to be an SP and police have the responsibility to protect the base!!!

  • @usaf317 ..And SP's aren't cops. They're enforcers of military regs only. You try imitating a cop and try to falsely exercise authority over me in any way and you're going to find yourself under citizen's arrest and I'll call the real cops to come and cart you away.

  • @schlubber215 SP=Security POLICE... they enforce the laws on military bases, protect personnel and resources and if you try to viloate any laws on a military post you can and will be detianed. if you are doing something suspicious near the base the SP's will be the ones calling local police ...and if you pose some immediate threat or danger the SP's will take appropriate action. tough guy

  • @usaf317 No. P's don't enforce laws. The pentagon has no legislative authority. It can't make laws. It can only make regs to manage military ops. That is what you enforce. Some civililian laws are adopted into regs to assist in managing military ops, but that doesn't mean you're enforcing civilian laws. You have zero authority over civilians. If you were to impersonate a cop in my presence, it would be the beginning of a nightmare for you which would take a long time to end.

  • @usaf317 Litsen up princess. You're trying to distract form the issue. the issue is that there was no rational reason for the lowbrows to accost the citizen for filming the base.1) The citizen had the right to do so. and 2) the terrorists are the US government. Someday I hope it's you who tries to assume some kind of false authority over me. You'll discover the reason why I open carry.

  • @schlubber215 another internet tough guy. did you know threatening the life of a uniformed member of the armed forces is a crime? do mommy and daddy know your on the computer? i bet they dont.

  • @usaf317 Threaten? LOL You dumb wannabe cop. Threatening anybody is a crime, you fucking idiot. Stating that I'm willing to defend my rights isn't a threat. If you violate my rights, the law and several supreme court decisions say I can use whatever means necessary to defend my rights. Even if that means I have to put a whole in your treasonous head. If you try to violate my rights, or that of any citizen, you'll discover that reality. Go pound salt, you lowlife traitor.

  • @schlubber215 you can use force to keep from being killed. you cant just use force for any damn reason you chose. again you are threatening to shoot me in the head(not that i worry) .....again you are annother internet tough guy . have a nice day

  • @usaf317 Cop school 101: Example: Arresting someone absent authority to do so is kidnapping. Doing so while displaying a weapon is aggravated kidnapping. Reality school 101 Example: If any armed MP tries to kidnap me, I will shoot him. You poor little baby. You don't like it when us big bad real Americans refuse to allow you to engage in open violation of the constitution and your oath. You poor little princess traitor. Go to your room for some crying time. BooHoo.

  • @usaf317 Cop school 101: US Supreme Court: -Inalienable right to use lethal force to resist unlawful arrest- “Citizens may resist unlawful arrest to the point of taking an arresting officer's life if necessary.” Plummer v. State, 136 Ind. 306

    --------You fucking idiot-------

  • @schlubber215 Key words in that law are "UNLAWFUL arrest". That law does not serve to permit the arrestee's perception of what is going on, to justify killing an officer.....even though it seems you may think that way.

  • Comment removed

  • @schlubber215 No one said anything about arrest by persons without the authority to do so. I'll say it again, so you may be able to avoid arrest for homicide of a police officer: the Law DOES NOT give an arrestee the right to resist arrest, just because he/she Perceives it to be unlawful or without cause. Got that?

  • @dmedicFF In many states, there is no false arrest. Those states call it what it is - it's aggravated kidnapping and there is no higher escalation of violence. When someone kidnaps you while displaying a gun, there is every justification to use whatever force is necessary to affect your liberty.

  • @usaf317 Heres another decision from a case where a real American like me killed a lowlife traitor like you. There are dozens of cases like this one: “When a person, being without fault, is in a place where he has a right to be, is violently assaulted, he may, without retreating, repel by force, and if, in the reasonable exercise of his right of self defense, his assailant is killed, he is justified.” Runyan v. State, 57 Ind. 80; Miller v. State, 74 Ind. 1. ----You fucking idiot-----

  • @usaf317 Cop school 101: Examples: "I'm going to shoot you." -Threat-

"If you attempt to use force to violate my rights I will shoot you" -statement of an Inalienable right-

  • @schlubber215 you cant shoot somone for violating your rights!!! you asshat. you use force when your life .

  • @usaf317 I always enjoy talking to you MP's. There's a reason why other members of the armed forces despise MP's. They know that MP's are chosen from among the low dregs of the armed forces. You ratfilth think yourselves as defenders of the nation and freedom while blindly endeavoring to destroy both. If it wasn't so sad, it would be hilarious.

  • @schlubber215 i was an SP..i am an engineer now. at least i had the guts to put a uniform on and serve my country.

your not even an American! you third world loser

  • @usaf317 Wrong guess, you lowlife traitor. I'm an American living in a third world country and you can't even begin to imagine the things I've done for my country. That matters for nothing. Even if I was the lowest of the low in the vilest third world toilet on Earth, it wouldn't change the fact that you're a miserable traitor who has no concept of, and who places no value whatsoever, in the sacred document that real Americans call the Constitution of the United States of America.

  • @schlubber215 your just another internet moron. you would not be someone to guard a military post. you would be the guy responsible for a terrorist blowing up fellow Americans because you were too stupid to understand that those people filming the perimeter of your base might be up to no good. so do America a favor and stay in your little third world shack.

  • @usaf317 The only terrorists in America are your bosses, you brainless moron. You're too stupid to realize that Americans have the right to film wherever we have access. The constitution comes with Americans wherever we go. Filming is not a crime and therefore can not be cause for suspicion of a crime, you fucking traitor.

  • Comment removed

  • @usaf317 I mean honestly! You actually believe that it's justifiable to arrest a fellow American for using a videocamera. Your counterparts of fifty yers ago would have refused to obey such an illegal order even if it were to come from the president himself. You're pathetic.

  • @schlubber215 50 years ago we didnt have terrorists blowing shit up like we do today. the small boat motoring past the USS Cole didnt look like much either but those terroroists managed to kill 17 and wound 39. look how many terror plots police have stoped latley! we have to be ever vigilant. those protestors might be just that but what if one of them intended to do real harm? what if they were in the planning fase of a terror attack? then you would say "where were the police!!" asshole

  • @usaf317 and tell me, you fucking moron, how that 7 of the 19 dead terrorists are still alive and the US criminal government was forced to admit to it, but ttey said it was no big deal. Like Al-Awlaki dining in the Pentagon a few months after 911 wasn't a big deal. Like Bin Laden having the CIA codename Tim Osman and regularly coming to the US to meet with his CIA handlers up to 1999 while he was supposed to be radically opposed to us. All admitted. All no big deal. Answer that, fucking moron.

  • @schlubber215 you are crazy. im done...your are living in fantasy land

  • @schlubber215 yes, we can all exercise our rights on public property, but again, just because you have access thru the base on the haighway, still means you are on the base. Technically you are not protesting outside the gates because the gate is more symbolic, not the line of demarcation to the property. That is why I suggested protesting on Highway 1 just outside the base property. I am not saying do not protest, just do it somewhere where you can without being "harrased" as you call it

  • @afsf74 The gates are symbolic? Wrong. The gates are real. They may be symbolic to someone smoking pot. Anywhere the public has access the constitution comes with them. My mind is made up, because I'm right. You weren't shedding light on the process. You were attempting to excuse tyranny with misinformation. The uniformed traitors in this video accosted a man for video taping. There was not the slightest security threat from the man. The threat is the US terrorist government.

  • @schlubber215 So the best place to protest and exercise your freedom of speech without having to get a permit or to be asked for ID, would be on Highway 1, before you cross onto base property, which is just north of the Vandenberg Village off ramp, before you come to the sign. If they come there and ask you for ID, then they are in the wrong since it is off base property then. If you look on google maps, you can see the demarcation/base boundary line..just FYI so you can exercise your rights

  • @afsf74 Americans can exercise their rights anywhere the public has access. The Constitution doesn't cease to exist on base property. Those who claim that Americans lose their inalienable rights on government property are traitors to the Constitution. The claim that it's a security concern for Americans to protest outside the gates of a military base is a nonsensical argument from a criminal government. The US criminal government is the greatest threat our nation has ever faced.

  • @schlubber215 I am sorry that if you don't understand what I was explaining. I was stationed at VAFB and the whole highway, both Highway 1 and 246, dissect the base property and it is federal land, that is why they have concurrent jurisdiction. Once you pass that big sign on highway 1 that says welcome to VAFB, you are on base/federal property and are subject to all the rules/regulations and laws on the base. That is why both CHP and VAFB SF can stop and cite vehicles for speeding, etc...

  • There is no "state side" of Vandenberg AFB...all that property is base/federal property, to include the highway...they have concurrent jusrisdiction and in order to protest on any federal property, you have to obtain a permit first. Plus anytime you are on federal/base property and you are asked for identification, you have to show/produce it or risk being detained, arrested and fined. I'm all for freedom of speech, but there are procedures you have to follow...

  • @afsf74 If you're in the military, there are procedures YOU have to follow. If any MP asked a citizen for ID in my presence, he would find himself under citizen's arrest and I would call the real cops to come and take him into custody. The base is inside the wall. Outside the wall, which is accessible to the public, is free land where the constitution applies. It doesn't matter who owns it. The SP terrorists in this video are traitors for violating their oaths to the constitution.

  • Another idiot wannabe protestor being a pain in the ass!

  • @GQuill1 That's right. It's the duty of every patriotic American to be a pain in the ass to every lowlife NAZI traitor in uniform who violates the constitution.

  • The terrorists in this video are the traitors who swore an oath to protect the constitution and then violate it by accosting a man who has an unalienable right to film anything anywhere at any time. Not everyone can be an MP. Candidates are run thru an exacting process to identify and select the most heinous and sociopathic goons the military has among its ranks. Decent military personnel have no chance of being selected. MP's are filth and are despised even by other members of the military.

  • @schlubber215

let me spell it out the simplest way i know how to 1st off this most likely would not have happened before 9-11 but after 9-11 everything changed tighter security everywhere on military bases at air ports and yes you are right most can't stand MP's they hold them up slow them down but they are only doing there job a job that has requirements they must meet and fallow its not there choice (everyone has orders and rules they have to fallow civilian and military)

  • @princedax if you want to get all pissy over the heightened security get pissy at the ones responsible no the ones that are there to help keep us safe.... now the guy in this vid may be completely innocent and was only curious but heres a fact someone that isn't innocent can get this vid watch it study it find security weakness and find a way to get on base

  • @princedax and who know what they will do once on base maybe steal weapons of any kind and maybe use them weapons to lets just say hold a school hostage now think about this do you have kids what if its your kids school those MPs are there to stop things like this from hapening

  • @princedax Your excuse holds about as much weight as the argument that having TSA goons fondling the genetalia of children at the airport keeps us safe from Al Qaeda. Americans have the right to videotape anything, anywhere, at any time. To violate that right on the false premise that it will keep us safe from the CIA organization called Al Qaeda is stupid. The US gov attacked us on 911. Osama Bin Laden's CIA cover name was Tim Osman. Al Awlaki dined at the pentagon. Wake up.

  • @schlubber215 keep living in your own lil world you think theres conspiracies everywhere and everyones out to get you It's clear to see that you a a loon and you cant talk since to a loon so live on if you want to call it living your not going to hear from me again

  • @princedax Keep sucking your own member so you don't have to see reality; so you don't have to see the Washington Times newspiece "Al Awlaki dined at the Pentagon after 911". Just keep swallowing your own spunk so you don't have to google the name Tim Osman, or bother looking up "operation gunrunner" and "fast and furious". Don't bother watching the Geraldo Rivera report on the military growing Heroin in Afghanistan. Keep believing that bad guys don't do anything bad. Idiot.

  • @princedax Let me spell this out for you. Following orders isn't a sufficient excuse for committing crimes. That excuse didn't work at Nurenburg. It works even less here. The MP's swore an oath to protect the constitution. They violated it. They're traitors. The terrorists are the MP's in this video and the US government that stages false-flag attacks against us, ships in the drugs to sell to kids and traffics weapons to Mexico to blame the resulting violence on our 2nd amendment.

  • Army & Military Police Officer Job Descriptions

The job of the military police officer is more than arresting criminal offenders and pulling over motorists who exceed the speed limit. There are several subdivisions of this career field. While each military police officer attends the same basic training, each special duty requires specialized training.

  • @princedax

    Gate Guard

Most enlisted military police officers start their careers on gate guard duty. After September 11, 2001, all United States military installations became secure installations, and visitors must have a valid military ID card to gain access. Gate guards are tasked with checking ID cards and granting access to the installation. Gate guards will also conduct random vehicle searches and issue temporary passes for visitors to the base.

  • @princedax Gate guards must guard their posts at all times, day or night, in all types of weather. Gate guard shifts are usually 8 to 12 hours long. This is arguably the toughest, most thankless job in the military police career field

  • @princedax

    Patrol

Military police officers also patrol government property. While most patrols are conducted in a squad car, they may also be conducted on foot, bicycle, motorcycle or even horseback. Patrol officers enforce traffic laws and assist motorists and pedestrians. They also check and secure buildings on the installation and provide security details for buildings on base.

  • @princedax

    K-9 Handler

K-9 handlers are assigned their own military working dogs; the officer and dog work closely as a team. Currently, more than 1,200 military working dogs serve on active duty in all branches of the armed forces. They are used for bomb and drug detection and building searches, and they assist in random vehicle searches at the installation's gates.

  • @princedax Military working dogs also assist with search and rescue efforts in the aftermath of disasters. Dogs and their handlers also participate in many community service projects, such as community outreach and military recruiting efforts.

  • @princedax

    Antiterrorism

Antiterrorism officers attend special training to help them identify terrorism risks and prevent attacks. This is especially useful for United States military installations on foreign soil, but there are also terrorism risks to installations located in the United States.

  • @princedax

    Dispatch

Military police officers also work the dispatch desk. These officers take calls that come into the military 9-1-1 system and dispatch officers where needed.

  • You're a stubborn cock, that's looking for anyone to arrest you, just so you can post it on YouTube.

  • the guy was asked NOT to film towards the base he continued to do so he was asked by the MPs for his ID he refused they had no choice but to detain him for suspicious activity. any time any law enforcement officer ask for ID just show them it wont kill you

  • @princedax You are a dumb piece of human garbage. Leave the land of the free and go to live in communist china where you belong? Here in the US, Americans have a right to film anywhere at any time and aren't subject to military authority......ever. Videotaping isn't suspicious behavior, you traitorous ratfilth. MP's aren't cops, but are enforcers of military regulations only. MP's have no authority to ask ID of any civilian. I would arrest any MP caught demanding ID of civilians.

  • @schlubber215 This country has an Disease that is killing our country that disease is PPL like you

  • @princedax This country's greatest disease are the terrorists who run the US government and the mindless goons like you who obey them. The terrorists in this video were the MP's who swore an oath to protect the constitution and then violate it on the ridiculous premise that harrassing an American with a video camera is somehow protecting the country from Al Qaeda. MP's are the lowest of the low and are despised even by other members of the military. Go pound salt, traitor.

  • @179178 most miliary installations expand beyond the gates to allow base police to protect from a distance, they are usually exclusive jurisdiction which means base police have full authority, civilian police cant even come onto an exclusive jusrisdiction without valid reason and base authorization, but most bases have mutual aid agreements so civilian PD can do their jobs. This guy was being an asshole and for the most part these fine AF Police officers took more than they deserved.

  • Since when do Air Force police personell have jurisdiction off post? Those people were protesting whatever, and their names were taken. As far as the vidoeogragher,he should know better. They probably detained him long enough to ensure his identity. And now his ass is probably on the no fly list....so much for that trip to Canada =P

  • soldiers were respectful and diligent of duty. photographer was tresspassing and had his head up his arse

  • This guy is really dicking off for no reason...

  • Military Law different than Civil Law. To record a Military area in a post 9/11 time and refusing to show I.D. (in a officers eyes) has intent to commit a harmful act.

  • @101Navyseals: You forgot to add: "on military soil"

  • Acting froggy with military police outside a military base in a post 9/11 world...common sense FAIL!

  • My bad, looks like he was on the grass which probably is military property.

  • He was not on the base, so he does not have to show id. You do not have to have permission to film anything from a public place. People twist laws to say what they want them to say. The military has no power over you in a non emergency if you are not on military property.

  • Haha you got owned. This is what your life has become? this is what you spend your time doing? haha how long did you stay in jail? I'd leave you in there for a few weeks. Daniel Quack.

  • you can't video tape on/a military installation unless you have a 2586 approving authority issued by the installation commander.

  • As a Security Forces member I can say the on duty Security Forces did nothing wrong. He was asked multiple times to show a proper ID. At any time on any military base anyone can ask you for ID and you must show it. The Ssgt was even nice enough to tell him why they wanted to see his ID. This guy was just stupid for not showing his ID.

  • Being non compliant and not showing identification on a military instillation when they ask you for it is pretty dumb. People like you piss me off.

  • @wcaveman42

Yeah, this guy is a douchebag. Basically, he failed at life and now he's looking for someone to blame it on.

  • @stickydog480 Yeah, I know what you mean. These lolife MP's are hated by their fellow soldiers in all branches of government and so they try to make up for their lack of manhood by picking on peaceful and unarmed protestors in the name of fighting terrorism. Oh no! The unarmed man has a camera. we are so scared. MP's are pussies.

  • How does GI Joke have the authroity to arrest a non-commisioned person? A bit 1940's Gestapo no?

  • The description of the video is wrong, he was filming the entrance to the base and not protest. The protest was directly opposite from what he was videotaping. Security forces just wanted to verify a possible security threat and acted professionally. You think the military is not going to interview and investigate a suspicious individual with a camara in the front gate. The next time, put the correct information in the description and do not create a false controversy.

  • He may have not been a terrorist, i give you that.

BUT, there is no stereotype for a terrorist. They look like you and i , and come from all walks of life.

Terrorist gather intel on their targets for months, even years before an attack. They do so by VIDEOTAPING, PHOTOGRAPHY and hand drawn maps etc.The SP needed to identify the man with the camera so AFOSI can investigate and find out if he was actually a threat to the base populous. It was just a simple ID check. The man choose not to comply.

  • @PAPICHULO02007 said: "the SP needed to identify the man with the camera..."

However, they cannot step outside of the law to do so.

  • @Pafoofnik1 Why did they need to identify the man? Filming is no more suspect and/or evidence of a possible crime than carrying a protest sign. Not even the real cops have the authority to demand anything of anyone unless they are investigating a crime. MP's who aren't cops, never have authority over any citizen anywhere.

  • @schlubber215 We both agree with each other. They don't need to identify the man.

What I was saying, restated, is that while the MP's may feel like they need to identify the man, they can't take an active roll in stopping and questioning him to do so, unless he is somehow under the UCMJ; which I doubt he is.

  • @schlubber215 when they asked him to film the other direction what did he do, he continued to film the gate, when they asked to just see the id he became irate continually asking if he was arrested. this guy knew the law to an extent but he is a fool, anyone is a foo if you think you will taunt a policeman and get away with it if you honestly believe "MPs" dont have authority over civilians you are sadly mistaken its called jurisdiction and different places have different laws. you friggin idiot

  • @rfreebirdie You are a fool to think that someone can't film a gate. The American people aren't terrorists. The terrorist are the US criminal government and the MP's in this video. The NDAA should have erased any illusions you have as to who the real criminals are, but fools like you aren't interested in reality. The man was asking if he was under arrest, becasue that is the only case when MP's have any semblance of authority to ask any questions at all. The man was right.

  • @schlubber215 Timothy McVeigh 1995, Eric Robert Rudolph 1998, Theodore Kaczynski 1998, Luke J. Helder 2002, ELF 1998 2002 2008, KKK, Shooters of Columbine 1999, JDL 2001, Luke Helder 2002, Joel Hinrichs III 2005, Jim David Adkisson 2008, Andrew Joseph Stack III 2010, Jared Lee Loughner 2011. all terrorist all seem like normal people ELF and JDL are orginizations, these are some of the American people that are terrorists whose to say the next one wasnt at that gate. def not you to decide who is

  • @rfreebirdie The biggest terrorist organization inside the USA is the US government. Everything from growing and shipping in drugs and guns and blowing up the WTC and OKC federal building. You lowlife troll.

  • @schlubber215 to decide who is or isnt. he was asking cause he is like the other people who watch youtube see a way to get away with doing a crime and go try it. ndaa can suck my cock im not letting noone tell me who is a terorists or not im a grown ass man i make my decisions, the man was right to protest the man was not right to give them attitude, lip, and def not right to not obey a direct order whether he is military or not he is a citizen by the gate which is owned by the military

  • @rfreebirdie Get away with doing a crime? You truly are a lowlife NAZI. He has the right to videotape anything, anywhere in public at any time. The man was right to protest and he was right to give the NAZI scum all the attitude he could muster. There was no rational reason for them to ask him for his ID and they lacked all authority to do so. Go pound salt, you traitor.

  • @schlubber215 you are a troll but not just a troll a sheep troll you start arguements for people and groups that you have no business doing ill let you reply but ive said my piece, hopefully you dont sound too stupid the rest of your life. i pity you.

  • @rfreebirdie I blow your stupid arguments out of the water and your only response is to say that I'm a troll. Thanks for the laugh, you lowlife traitor.

  • Good work SF!!!

  • you should go mess with state cops . leave military alone

  • Good JOB Security Forces.

  • Hell yea arrest that idiot. Dumbass kept baiting the airman by acting like he knew his rights. Like any cop will tell you "ignorance is no excuse"

  • It's called the Internal Security Act. Anyone on federal property is subject to federal law and federal law states that any person on a military installation is subject to search. The "search" simply being presenting proof of identification. If he wanted to exercise his "freedom of speech" all he had to do was go across the street which is more than likely what the officer would of asked him to do if he was compliant, but he was non-compliant so he was detained. It's that simple, nothing more.

  • Haha @quackn is a fucking idiot. You're required to present ID to qualified law enforcement when on a federal installation. The fact that he included tags like "excessive force" and "false arrest" in his video just speaks to how ignorant he is of federal law, and his constant "am I being detained?" just says that he's some nerd who sits around talking about rights like he has a clue what he's talking about. Fucking square...

  • Good work SF, remaining professional and looking sharp!

  • Someone is a wierdo, you better leave the country you terroist. Go to a third world country and see how much rights you have there. you don't like it here in the states, LEAVE you idiot hahahahahahahahahahahahahaha your a crackjob, go smoke another crack pipe faggot

  • @RomanSarentino You're a traitor. Leave my country and go to communist China where you belong.

  • Your filiming on a air force base you dumb ass of course your going to get arrested. fucking faggot go cry to your mom

  • @RomanSarentino It was a camera, you idiot. Not a gun. Americans have the right to film anywhere at any time. There was no threat. The threat is the US government and goons like you who prove so willing to violate the constitution. The terrorist US gov snuck the underwear bomber onto the plane - admitted. The US gov runs Al Qaeda - admitted. The US government runs guns to blame on our second amendment - admitted. The goons in this video are working for the terrorists, you idiot.

  • @RomanSarentino: Have a legal cite to whatever law you made up here?

  • You wanna know why he arrested you? You were being a complete dumb ass when all they wanted to see was your ID and they would've left you alone but all you kept saying was "Am I being detained" He obviously got irritated of your stupid back talk and decided to arrest you. YES you are doing a peaceful protest but guess what? YOU ARE PROTESTING RIGHT OUTSIDE AN AIR FORCE BASE! Of course they'll come out and check you, it's their duty to protect the base & they have no idea if you are a threat.

  • @jorged0712 No brainless. The MP arrested him, because the MP is a lowlife traitor to his country.

  • @schlubber215 You're the low life here. Get a real job. Stop hiding behind your computer screen and acting REAL tough here. I guarantee you're a complete fatass and you get out of breath every time you walk around the house. You're useless to this country. Guess what, this country will always have a military, whether or not your little self wants them here or not. So, that's all. And when I say that, I mean it. You're blocked so I don't have to listen to your stupid ass.

  • @schlubber215 First, theyre SP for Security Police, MP is Army i think. SP is Air Force. Second, he's obviously not a traitor to his country because he's in the military serving it.

  • @2013afroman First: MP is a generic term for all enforcers of military regulations in all military branches. Are you claiming that the Air Force isn't part of the military? The MP in this video is doubly the traitor for violating the rights of a citizen when he took an oath to protect those rights. The MP in this video is ratfilth and a traitor to everything this country stands for.

  • @schlubber215 When did i ever claim that Air Force wasnt a part of the military? The SP is not a traitor what so ever, this is a MILITARY base and thus has MILITARY rules different from civilian. If he does not comply with the orders from the SP which in this video the order was for him to show his ID, but he didnt. And since he didnt comply with the orders from the SP he then waived the rights he had and was detained by the officer. DETAINED. Not arrested.

  • @2013afroman said: "since he didnt comply with the orders from the SP he then waived the rights he had and was detained by the officer"

Was he on military soil? If not then your comment is incorrect.

  • @2013afroman You didn't say that the Air force wasn't the military. My premise is that the Air Force is part of the military and so the designation MP is apt. Sorry pal, the man had the right to film anywhere in public. Your claim that he didn't show his ID, therefore his rights ceased to exist not only is assinine, but makes you a traitor as well. Do you have any concept of the term Unalienable rights? It means he can't lose his rights. Ever! You friggin idiot!

  • @schlubber215 Explain how being and MP makes you a "traitor to his/her country". Elaborate you bastard.

  • @ChrsL1987 Being an MP doesn't ake you a traitor. Violating the unalienable rights of an American makes you a traitor. You dumb bitch.

  • @schlubber215 You're speaking out of your ass and you have no fucking clue what your talking about. Hell, your opinion doesn't matter because it sucks anyways. Who the fuck are you to say anything? You're status in life is probably as low as it gets.

  • @ChrsL1987 Your argument is on the level of a three year old child. You must be an MP.

  • @schlubber215 You pathetic fucker. I bet the reason you are so active in defending this video is because you are the dildo thats filming it acting liking like a little bitch. Get your head out of your ass.

  • @ChrsL1987 Your argument is degrading from the level of a 3 year old child to the level of infancy. You're definately an MP. No, foolish one. I didn't film this video. I am supporting this video; however, as it clearly shows terrorists in military uniform violating the unalienable rights of an American. Get your mouth off of your boyfriends penis, wipe the sperm off of your chin and read the constitution for once, you lowlife traitor.

  • @schlubber215 So let me get this straight... People in the military are terrorists while the rest of the population are true "Americans"? Just when I thought I heard it all. Put away your social studies book kid. Stop trying to spew big words and act like you know what the fuck your talking about.

  • @ChrsL1987 You are truly an MP. Nobody other than an MP could try using a misinformation tactic to change what I said and be so obvious about it. No, sperm slurper. I didn't say that everyone in the military is a terrorist. I said that those who take an oath to protect the constitution and then violate it are traitors and that the MP goons were the only terrorists in this video and I'm right. Maybe you weren't trying to be deceptive. Maybe you really are that stupid.

  • @schlubber215 You're one of those "anti police" fuck the cops kind of guy aren't you? Whats wrong? You been busted for drunk driving or possession before? Thats your own problem pal, no one elses.

  • @ChrsL1987 Now you're feebly using the misinformation tactic called deflection. Discredit the message by discrediting the person speaking. I'm not speaking against the NAZI MP's in the video, because they're traitors and terrorists, I'm speaking against them, because I hate cops. No, shaft sucker. I don't hate cops. The MP's in this video accosted a man who was doing something he had every right to do. They did so in violation of their oath. This makes them traitors and terrorists.

  • @schlubber215 No sense in arguing with you anymore dick lips. Jesus if calling the MP's in this video "traitors/terrorists" something is wrong inside that little skull of yours. Your such a douche bag.

  • @ChrsL1987 LOL. That's the exact same thing that lowlife's like you always say when you bail and run. You did try one last feeble misinformation tactic. No, testicle licker. There's nothing wrong with someone's head when they instantly know that someone who violates the rights of an American and violates the constitution is a traitor and a terrorist. The greatest threat to America isn't Al Qaeda, but ratfilth like the MP's in this video who accosted a clearly innocent man.

  • @schlubber215 So now you say that the American nations MP's are a bigger threat to this country than Al Qaeda is? Lmao....... I'm done. Piss ant.

  • @ChrsL1987 LMAO! You're a liar as well as a complete idiot. You said you were done before. You went back to using the misinformation tactic that didn't work before. Man, you're stupid. No, jism jacker. I didn't say all MP's are terrorists. You know I didn't. You're just a lowlife liar who can't engage in honest argument. I said the MP's in this video and ratfilth like them, who violate the unalienable rights of Americans and who violate their oaths, are terrorists. You are pitiful.

  • @schlubber215 Blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah. Stfu and get off the skin flute.

  • @ChrsL1987 LOL! You make lie after lie and try misinformation tactics with all of the expertise of a brain-damaged child and when that doesn't work, all you have left is to tell me to shut up. ROFL No,sperm slurper. I won't shut up, I'll keep telling the truth no matter how many lowlife, NAZI traitors like you dislike it.

  • @schlubber215 Mmhmm... Nazi.... Umm... yeah, ok? Calm down over there keyboard warrior. Don't give yourself a heart attack.

  • @ChrsL1987 You said you were gone. Get gone getting gone already, you lowlife, lying traitor.

  • The cameraman, Daniel Wacks-his-bush, is a moron.

  • FYI his arrest had nothing to do with the videotapes of the installation. He fail to present ID when requested by LE they have every right to detain you if you fail to identify yourself. Government issued IDs are property of the government they are issued by and hence when required by LE to present such. If you fail to present your ID it can be seized by the issuing agency. You can be detained until proper identification is made. Quit being an ass just for the sake of being an ass.

  • @hardtime1972 said: "He fail to present ID when requested by LE they have every right to detain you if you fail to identify yourself"

Not always. A person must first be legally detained under Supreme Court "Terry" decisions. ID can be given verbally.

Research the Supreme Court case "Hiibel" for more information.

  • @schlubber215 sorry we have rules you fucking idiot, if you don't like the rules the. Leave the country? You are not allowed to film or take pictures of a military base unless authorized, which he was doing so. Ok so that's one thing out of the way, property lines aren't just at the gate entrance that you see, the property lines extend past that. And he failed to identify himself to the government , how stupid do you get, your failing to identify yourself with proof of identification and are fi

  • @Gport92 There is no law against filming a military base, you lowlife traitor. The man is an American citizen who has every right to film anything he wants in public. Military rules aren't law and this man's rights were violated. No American has any obligation to identify himself to anyone unless suspected of a crime. You're a lowlife traitor with no regard for the constitution. You're a domestic enemy to everything this nation stands for and you should leave. You're scum.

  • @schlubber215 Actually you're wrong. There is a law against filming a military installation. The installation itself has its own set of laws to protect its resources on the base. We have every right to to delete the photos on the camera, or take you into jail, if you refuse. Who's scum here? Someone who is bothering someone at their work? Or someone who is just doing their job and what is told of them. You're the traitor. You are. Also, it seems you don't know the law at all. Go read about it.

  • @EricCris10sen said: "There is a law against filming a military installation."

From a public area? Please cite this statute you just made up.

  • @Pafoofnik1 That area he is in right now, belongs to the military. That road that passes through that installations area belongs to the base commander. That does not belong to the city. That is not a public area. Just like my base where there is a park area with a river. You can be there all you want, but you cannot take pictures towards the installation. If you do take pictures, we have every right to look through the camera and make sure, if you didn't no harm done and you can be on your way.

  • @EricCris10sen: "That area he is in right now, belongs to the military"

I didn't say it wasn't, and you didn't say it was, until now.

So, you were wrong when you said "There is a law
