the killing of a spider

found one a month back here in south tx for the first time , i have since killed about 20 of them not sure how to stop the spread!

o ya and lol next time use a strong bug spray and they will go down in a second , and you wont get bit.

i hear ya but it makes a better vid if i jump around a bit .... and by the way they breed like crazy .... each one of those spikey egg sacs put out 300+ and they always have a lot of sacs .... they are everywhere in florida and they don't hide .... they nest under any edge or garbage can handle .... so look before you grab

those things are lightning fast in their webs. I tried to catch one in a bottle and it nearly got me. My office building in St. Petersburg has them all over it. Brown widows have a distinctive spikey egg sack. Twice as venomous as a black widow, but not nearly as aggressive. Plus they inject a minute amount of venom.
