I get extremely bothered when people compare anime to manga. I wouldn't to 'watch' the same thing twice unless it was REALLY good, so I don't see why people get so upset over an anime being different from the manga; if you like the manga that much than why don't you go read it again? I don't read much manga so I never know the difference, I don't care if they are the same or not I just enjoy it either way.

There are some differences. Especially with the 12 ep anime where they will take the three first chapters a few, introduce a new character or two at ep 4 or 5 then some character building and for the last three episodes finish off with an actual storyline related to the manga. The manga just gives more detail and depth. Thats why ppl are pissed off.

@MrNintoku That does makes sense, but it doesn't exactly give people an excuse to criticize an anime. Going off of my previous comment; I would expect an anime to be different from the manga, to a degree of course. However, you are correct; I just recently started reading the manga and I understand that if you read that first and then saw the anime it would be upsetting. It seems to follow the same 'rules' as turning a book into a movie.

Men can't have loose souls within them, it's explained earlier in the series that loose souls can only inhabit women, since they want to be reborn into the real world. I myself don't even understand it completely but, yeah, it would make no sense if he did according to what we know so far.

Yeah, just started re-reading last night. Elsie explains it somewhere in the first few chapters... if you can really call Elsie's confused word jumbles explanations. You should try reading it though, if you do, chapter 42 is where you'll want to start, as that's where the anime left off, or you could just do it from the start.

@Shadowmadnes Its all a single song, The song it is based on is about 8 minutes in length and well worth listening to for a single playthrough. Although this video seems to have used the full length edition in comparison the actual opening of the anime. Since the actual opening is about 1min 30sec long. If you want to listen to the shortened version I can recommend this video: watch?v=HR-RzPkZvgM as it is the shortened version.

It is quite ridiculous that some people boastfully laugh at this song for its pronunciation in spite of being blind to their wide recognition of English, which is universally spoken not only in the US and the UK but in India or even Iran, thus the very accurate pronunciation cannot exist.
