  • I meant the Pilates, Yoga, Step Aerobic and Group Weight Training Classes at the fitness club. I was not in good enough shape to follow the 1 hour class at first. So I did my version myself for a few months (the video clip shot then). I was out of the pool for a long while but swam better afterwards...

  • I can really see the usefulness of this video. Do you have more similarly related workouts? What do you mean by 'full-fledged daily body works classes'.

  • about 25 sec per the video timer. I switched to full-fledged daily body works classes 9 months ago without any time in the pool. I felt much improved with my breathing on the left when I started swimming again last week. I believe the 9 dry months helped my muscles forget my lefthand bad habits as well as strengthen the core so that correct move can be executed. I used to feel lying sideway on the water with it rushing to my feet only when I breathe on my right - now I feel it on both sides...

  • What time do you get on laps at 17spl (25m I assume?)

  • a little over 21 sec from the clip taken on 2009-01-01. After focusing on breathing in fully stretched position (taught in one of the youtube clips), I did 16 spl without really trying ...
