That Lambo is jaw dropping. Simple! I can see why Audi does not want the R8 to be faster than the Lambo. Lambo's design & image still appeal more to potential buyers than the brand with the 4 rings. It's so easy for Audi to power the R8 to Lambo's level if they wanted to. The R8 shares the same engine as Lambo but still cannot keep up to the Lambo. I now understand why!

I guess the result was pretty descent...as expected. Lambo Gallardo SE straight line speed eventually prevailed..thanks to its V10 engine with 520bhp while F430 Spyder was a little faster in acceleration, managed to pull away initially but its V8 483bhp engine wasn't gonna win against its more powerful rival. An extra of 2 more cylinders in the Gallardo with 37bhp advantage should give you an idea on who's gonna win this race..

Lamb's have a four wheel drive which makes it easier at corners and harder at the initial pick.. whereas Ferrari has a two wheel drive which gives it the initial pick up.. but in the end Lamb's are much cheaper and better looking.. =D
