This was awesome. If only they would turn Halo into a movie. If made right it could make Halo that much better. From Admiral Cole's victory at the Second Battle of Harvest, to the Battle of Reach, to the Covenants defeat at the Battle of Installation 00. Obviously it would have to be made into 3-4, but it would still be worth watching.

Great trailer. I think the Spartans are overly promoted so much that most other soldiers are not important. But being humanity's war in the future we need to see that war experienced from all.

The citizens trying to make it out, commander making decisions, scientists researching just to see it behind the lines. And does not cover the dynamism of all the types of soldiers. One platoon of regular marines gone just to get one Brute, ODSTs thrown in the fire, and Spartans surviving anyway they can.

Have you ever seen that live action ODST commercial? One of the best sci-fi shorts I've ever seen. Not only does it show a soldier's life from his inspiration to his training to his death but fascinatingly enough they're not English. This really gave me the impression of a war fought on all fronts and from all nations of the human race.

@bloodrunsclear And the debut of the Forerunner Saga, 1st book Cryptum, its showing a more philosophical look into that universe. A look into the FRs' lives for the first time, being like the 'gaurdians of the galaxy,' revealing a few more precious details of the god-like Precursors from before.

It's starting to show that HALO isnt just a well laid out conflict to see, but emotional to feel. Even the Prophets unfortunatly caused the war for a Truth they 'want' to believe & 'wish' to come true.

Those are Hungarian soldiers from a live action commercial for ODST. The armor was made by WETA (the same people who made the props for Lord of the Rings and Narnia)

There's a game called Section 8 (very similar to Halo in many ways) and this dialogue was in one of the early trailers. Seemed to work! The line 'I feel like lightning' is taken from the introductory cutscene to the game :)
