  • It wouldn't be so funny if it wasn't so true!

  • I watched all these on youtube, I don't find any of their shit funny anymore...

    its so fucking stupid...

  • Also, on the topic of Australia having an open door to Sharia law were the majority of political views further to the left, this is a claim which is really unreasonable. Sharia laws are by no means a progressive but are rather conservative. What really prevents the proliferation of such a legal system in the West is the separation of religion and state, while the only thing which would allow it is the constitutional right to free political and religious association, both already existent.

  • @vivekbhatt6 I did not say Australia has an open door to Sharia law, I said if the left side of Australian politics had their way, ie if their policies were not scrutinised by the opposition, we would have a greater number of these migrants in our country, it is purely a numbers issue, the more you have the more pressure they exhert to try and have our laws changed to accomodate their religious beliefs, just look at the recent furor over calls by some politicians to have to Burqa banned.

  • Can I just point out the fact that a belief in freedom of press by no means indicates an affiliation with either wing of politics? Rather, it rests upon a belief in liberty, more conducive to moderate politics. Freedom of press isn't just something a dictator would restrict, is known to have been limited by both the extreme right and left; China and Russia on the far left and Nazi Germany on the far right cases in point.

  • @vivekbhatt6 It is plainly obvious that both of the extreme forms of totalitarian leadership will excercise censorship of the media..everyone knows that..what this particular case was about was the BBC giving access to it's live feed and that in turn was not to be used for satire.it is quite know from their history that the Chaser push the envelope of satire well into the realm of offensive and given that their videos would wind up on youtube for the world to see, little wonder they were banned.

  • @LilleyAdam I think if dickheads like the Chasers and others from the left side of Australian politics had their way we would have an open door on asylum seekers, sharia law and the like unchecked and thus we'd not need to travel 20 hrs on a plane to experience that kind of life,we'd have it right here. Idiots like the Chasers are corrosive to our national identity and if they think our system is so bad then go live over in the middle east or china and see how you enjoy your "freedoms" then.

  • @danielmy08 Or if we allowed people like you danielmy08 to rule, then having a sense of humour would be illegal.

  • @danielmy08 Idiot the chaser boys dont think china or any middle eastern country has a better system. what is your point? Besides the monarchy banning the commentary is more like something a dictator would do. You talk about freedom, what about freedom of the press?

  • @danielmy08 Errr...what freedoms? Our constitution has virtually none. I suspect you've never even read it.

  • @danielmy08 We've got a real patriot here by the look of it.
