I'm another fan who went looking for this after watching Shanghai Kiss. I just watched it today for the second time, and I had to find this track. It was used very well in the movie. It reminds me of driving at night, and also listening to the Cocteau Twins. As at least one other person said, it reminds me of driving at night, when it's cool, dark, and the streets are empty.
