I know beause I own these exact pedals. They are AXIS A longboards with AXIS sonic hammer beaters. The beaters have an adjustmant of how close you can place them to the drum head which improves power and speed. Great pedals! If you can afford it, buy them! DO NOT be fooled by rip offs like TRICK pedals or Pearl demon drives. NO OTHER LONGBOARD PEDAL PLAYS LIKE THESE DO!

it depends on what module u got.

Latest module like dm10 or td 10,12,20 has strenght regulation.

If u hit too soft no sound comes out.

U need strenght when trigger also if u have a TIGHT spring,especially on the axis.

@pu2to3 No, not necessarily, Its pretty much the same as Guitar or Bass Amplification. The Bass drum isn't really the loud in the first place. Besides, a drummer can't possibly have SPEED and POWER, usually you sacrifice one for the other. In this guys case he kinda has it both. This is NOT cheating, it's really getting old; you people complaining about triggers.
