Of cource this wont work with a theme similar to Star Wars because that series has plot twists and turns every 30 mins in it which is confusing and boring also to some.

For certain cases that have main themes that stick out futher than sore thumbs,Techno themes fit theme because they "match" the simplistic whats going on,which is action in this case.

The D-1 Beetle looks very different when compared to the NES version. I see they were going to make it red & white kinda like the original, but no... they instead went for a green colour. And I think that wasn't a bad idea to say the least. Anyway, love the game! And yes, we need more games like this!

Anybody can make Techno.. but not many people can compose actual musical scores. Take a movie like "The Last Samuri" & replace the score w/ techno & see how it sucks all the emotional impact away. Games should have an emotional meaningful score.. and not a boring, repetitive trance-like (Zzz...) backing.

I prefer my music loud. However, that does not mean I want music that is simplistic, unemotional,& boring. In fact, many Techno / Trance songs easily put me to sleep because they are so darn repetitive & boring. Try watching the old StarWars films and replacing the backing with Techno. It will ruin the entire scenes content. Music should evoke emotion.Tell a story. Make you Feel "something".It shouldnt just all be about how hard the subwoofer hits.This is a childs mentality.

is probably a lot more like what should have

been played in this game. (especially the top view section) This is techno crap... without any soul.
