The same one declaring himself a dictator to better protect a USA that never seems to be safe from plucky rag-tag terrorists, and has to do this by bombing entire countries and torturing suspects. And torture only gets people to tell people what people WANT to hear, i.e. admission, which is unlikely the truth, just to stop the waterboarding.
