I do this exercise the same way you do but with no weight. What does fatigue your abdominal muscle has to do with burning abdominal fat ? I though more reps and less resistance was used for getting cut. I don't want them to get big by putting resistance on them. Please give me something back. I may be wrong.

Thanks for this. A lot of information, but a small bit of info jumped out at me that will change how I decide to exercise. I've never heard anyone explain the flex as moving the sternum to the pelvis vs bending at the waist. that makes so much sense and I can feel the difference in that bend versus the ones I've been doing (no machine avail) Thank you so much for that bit of info. it will change how I focus on my waist exercise!

when i was younger i had a 6 pack too even though i didnt work out , it was becuase i was naturally active,played sports and clibed alot, abs naturally tone to keep the body upright
not everyone has a 6 pack, some people have no toned abs at all, you have to work out and tone your muscles, wouldnt life be nice if we were all born ripped with 6 or 8 packs. But the working out i find is the fun part and worth it in the end.

@alexc475 True what you're saying. Although cutting out satured fat can be a bad thing as well if you're training hard. It helps to deliver testoserone to your body, which helps you to train harder. To much is never good of course. Carbs are good, but sugar is a carb as well. So not all carbs are good. Protein is the one thing that IS always good for your body. To build muscles and repair them you need protein!
@alejogonzo lol for some it does, I never worked out whne I was younger, I had stone hard muscles when I was 14, and I still have. I was 85 Kilo now I'm 69 I eat more healthy etc. I never trained but now I lost most of my fat you can see a six pack that would make a body builder jalous. Some people are born with hard muscles and have muscles that need way less exercise then most people. But I do also think that's the main reason I'm 1 m 76.

Cardio! I have NEVER used machines or gone to the gym or anything.
It's all hard work! Alot of cardio, and eat right. That is what i did. 30 min jogging everyday, eat healthy and do alot of sit-ups / other workouts.
It's hard... but still easy, just slap your self in the face and start doing it! :p

This guy sounds like he read one book on working out and thinks he is king shit. I have a six pack and i have always been very thin but i never started out with it i had to work hard. If what this guy saying is true than lots of people with eating disorders would be ripped....also hate people who dont look fit and do bodybuilding/fitness videos.

It doesnt mater wether or not hes doing it he tells you what to do with a few examples. Probably isnt fat, my dad looks kinda fat but hes ripped as fucking shit. when i was younger i had a 6 pack too even though i didnt work out , it was becuase i was naturally active,played sports and clibed alot, abs naturally tone to keep the body upright

not everyone has a 6 pack, some people have no toned abs at all, you have to work out and tone your muscles, wouldnt life be nice if we were all born ripped with 6 or 8 packs. But the working out i find is the fun part and worth it in the end.

yeh know all these things about not having to do aything at all exept from eating right is bull exept if u eat totaly carb/fat free food.
mosth people is to lazy to train for a sixpack at all, u need to take a few situps a day 1-2 healty meal half hour jogging every second day and thats it.
u dont have to kill yourself in gym either.

well in exception on about carb/fat free food. yes fat is bad but its the saturated trans fat you want to stay away from. and carbs is the only way youll have energy to weightlift or do anything physical people confuse carbs as weight gain or a negative thing because they dont do any excersise or dont go anything "vigorous" if your a teen/young adult and you workout 1hour+ then eat ALOT carbs

@alexc475 True what you're saying. Although cutting out satured fat can be a bad thing as well if you're training hard. It helps to deliver testoserone to your body, which helps you to train harder. To much is never good of course. Carbs are good, but sugar is a carb as well. So not all carbs are good. Protein is the one thing that IS always good for your body. To build muscles and repair them you need protein!

@alejogonzo lol for some it does, I never worked out whne I was younger, I had stone hard muscles when I was 14, and I still have. I was 85 Kilo now I'm 69 I eat more healthy etc. I never trained but now I lost most of my fat you can see a six pack that would make a body builder jalous. Some people are born with hard muscles and have muscles that need way less exercise then most people. But I do also think that's the main reason I'm 1 m 76.
