I want to know what will end up happening to the prosecuting attorney and the judge that held this case directly against our Constitution.

@Einsteinbomb It's been 38 years. I'd be surprised if either of them are still alive, and if they are, they are elderly. I would hope that he is compensated for the imprisonment (lump sum) and also given a stipend for life.

It's truly sad the circumstances people end up in with no fault of their own. All I'm hoping is that they is one hell of a restitution for the pain and suffering of Barney Brown.

No he is not in prison he was released after a judge overturned his case for a double jeopardy violation.
