Kevin Spacey is excellent as a movie villain, but that doesn't excuse his character. If work for a boss like that, I'd give him something all right: a fist to the face, and me saying "I fucking quit, you douchebag!!" To be honest with you, I was rolling up my sleeve when I heard his insults. I think you'd get the idea. LOL!
My boss did that to me. I'm 14, but I still worked in my uncle's office. 1 of his employees was whom I was working for, like his gopher, and I got him his sweet-and-low, but he had regular coffee (he does decafe) and he didn't know where most of his things went. Everyday for 4 weeks things were missing ;) but he only noticed like 2 days later after I took them :) I took over his job
Kevin Spacey is a great actor. He said that to Benicio del Toro to show that the "boss from hell" is an equal opportunity asshole. BTW, are you from the United States? You've never heard of Rex Grossman or Rex Chapman? Rex is a dinosaur's name...not necessarily a dog.
That's such bull shit. I probably would have said something like "I don't see anywhere in my job description where it says I have to bring you coffee. This isn't Starbucks; I'm not a barista. I realize that I'm new and that I haven't had a chance to prove myself, but if you take that tone with me again I'm out of here." Straight up; that's how ballsy I am :)
Who hasn't had a boss that can be identified with this one? Men, I wonder what the hell they're thinking?
what's funny is to see the kid get piss off at himself that he fucked up with the sweet and low thing.. yeah.. he did fucked up by accepting to work for that asshole.
i worked for a guy like that. what i would have done was ask if he has ever tried equal and if he didnt, why the fuck was it in HIS OFFICE? sweet and low should be EVERYWHERE in HIS OFFICE. if equal was there it was because SOMEONE ELSE THAT AINT ON HIS TEAM brought it into YOUR OFFICE TO CAUSE YOU TO FAIL...SO! if i bring you equal that menas that there is no sweet and low and that's not my problem...ITS YOURS. you want me to bring you the sweet and low...YOU fucking bring it
finally a boss who is worse than mine. Do these people really exist? I would have told him to get his own fucking sweet n' low, because if he can't do it himself than that's pathetic. Then I would have told him to shove the job up his ass, and threw hot coffee in his stupid, old face. Bwaa ha ha ha!!!
is this my boss ?
