I remember i heard this song for the 1st time 11-12 years ago, and i must say this is one of the top 10 songs i have ever heard in my life with an excellent video specially the end is superb we all have these moments, the sad part for indian pop is that singers like shaan left their own work and started singing for bollywood movies.....fan from Pakistan!!!

This is one of my all time favourite song.

I am a Pakistani and when i first heard this song many years back i was really very excited as i thought its a new pakistani song and that shaan is a new pakistani singer....the lyrics are in urdu and at we dont expect pop sounds like this coming out of india ....so i was pretty surprised that shaan is indian...

Ofcourse it does not change the fact that i like his voice and this song.

Not many know that there was a sequal to this song. But that song was never released due to rights problem. In that song shaan meets the friends again after he becomes a big music director.

No offense, But I wud like to contradict here.... I've watched this video a million time but still there is some confusion here. The first thing is he quarrels over something and goes on to some different place and get a message that someone has died and has to comeback..I am not sure who's dead here...Its been 8-10 years and my confusion haunts me...Trust me..Its a beautiful song and one irritating video which doesn't make any sense at all.....
