I will not say what I am conflicted with, but my life may be coming to an end soon. I really can't wait to see Jesus in all His glory. My life has been a train wreck since day one, but I now see that all my suffering has led me to him and that his tool to bring me to him has been my suffering. Praise God for his gift, his sons death on the cross for me. Soon I shall know him better than I ever have.

My bestfriend was just 11 years old when cancer took her away. she suffered through so much & always had that smile. I will always find her in my dreams, cause she promissed me she'd always "be there". May God give me strenght to carry on and to everyone who has ever had to face hard obstacles in life. May all of you feel the comfort that being loved by God brings.
For God so loved you, that He gave His one and only pride and joy Son, that if you would JUST BELIEVE He suffered the Cross to bring you close to Him, you would not be destine for dust, but for eternity in a paradise your mind could never comprehend. As I'm here in the internet. I hear my daughter singing a song in her room called You made a way for me God. and all I can do is cry and thank God for the restoration of her lungs. In 2008 she was given no hope to live. And then God stepped in and said not so. She has fully recovered. And is attending college. Oh did I forget to tell u she was suppose to be brain dead had she lived. WE serve a Majestic God. He is true to His word. He saved my only daughter.

Do you have kids? If so, I'm sure you love them more than anything. Now, if one of these kids did not love you back, would you be able to throw them in fire and keep them there for eternity? While he was helping the woman's leg grow, there was a little girl dying in the hospital of cancer. But He can't fix EVERYTHING! Some people have to suffer right?!

I totally agree. For example, I know there is a kid looking up at the sky right now praying for a crumb of food. But God doesn't answer. Instead he watches as he starves. But then another obese person in a different country will thank the same God for the food in THEIR bellies. Then that same flabby sack of shit will sit back and make excuses as to why God lets a mother hopelessly have to watch her child starve.
If God has power to bless some with life and food, why did he only choose a small fraction of these starving children to save? Do you not ask yourself this same question when you watch yourself type that ridiculous statement? Why would God only hand pick a few to save as you say, and leave the others to rot? This is why I hate your religion. It fills your head with lies, and make you think your mere WORDS help them, when in reality they do nothing.

He does nothing to help end the suffering of others. I know that my actions have and will continue to help these suffering children though. Can you say the same? Well from one human being to another, regardless of beliefs, I do hope you are able to get your surgery and it goes well for you. And I was just teasing about the Super Bowl thing...I am more of a baseball guy anyway. With that being said the whole sicknesses being "trials" concept makes no sense. Otherwise why would some die from sicknesses? It's like if you die from a sickness, "it was meant to be," but if you live through it, "it was a trial." This is RIDICULOUS.

I will not say what I am conflicted with, but my life may be coming to an end soon. I really can't wait to see Jesus in all His glory. My life has been a train wreck since day one, but I now see that all my suffering has led me to him and that his tool to bring me to him has been my suffering. Praise God for his gift, his sons death on the cross for me. Soon I shall know him better than I ever have.

In 2008 she was given no hope to live. And then God stepped in and said not so. She has fully recovered. And is attending college. Even the love of the most loving parents in the world, would be seen as pure and utter hate compared to how much God loves the people of this world.

Do you have kids? If so, I'm sure you love them more than anything. Now, if one of these kids did not love you back, would you be able to throw them in fire and keep them there for eternity? I'm sure you're thinking, "NO! That would be horrible! I wish no pain on my children regardless of their mere feelings!" Well, that's a little contradicting is it not? God loves us more than you love your kids when he would set you on fire for not bowing to his feet? Sorry but you're insane.

God, I know there are hundreds of contradictions in your Bible and I am not sure which one of the many translations of it is your actual word, but just know that I do not feel foolish at all for believing in your 2000 year old book or your holy self described in it. I mean, what is with these scientists and this logic nonsense?! I SWEAR I saw a snake talk just the other day. And I am so tired of people complaining about Africa. Obviously you WANT them to suffer, so keep up the good work.

If you are ever honestly interested (as opposed to just being a troll) in the answers to your questions/criticism, from someone who used to ask the same things and wasn't particularly happy with the pat-answers that were given, let me know.

Actually I would be very interested to hear any answer you have to say that is not a "pat-answer."
Can you really blame me for feeling superior over people who base their lives on the superstition of Bronze Age philosophers?
Do you believe God helps you in this life? Do you truly believe he is the reason food is on your table? If so, I am curious as to why you bow to a God that does these things for you while he lets other children get their meals by digging a few insects from the dry ground.

@xS1C God isn't The One doing evil things, people are. That is why Hell exists. The Final Judgement which is to come. Children are starving because of people, not God. People have the freedom to do injustice but they pay for this I assure you. In this life and more after they die!

Maybe I'm mistaken, but it seems there is a sort of mutual exclusivity when it comes to honestly asking someone a question and mocking them. I don't think it's easy to do them both at once. Which is why I phrased what I wrote in such a way as to imply that being "honestly interested" and "harping on other people's alleged absurdity" are in opposition to each other.

I agree. He helped the Saints win the Super Bowl and even got me a new flat screen TV! I am sure Africa is on his "To Do" list, but football is just more important! AND I saw a woman's amputated leg grow right before my eyes! I KNOW Jesus did that. I felt it in my heart. It was warm. And fuzzy too. While he was helping the woman's leg grow, there was a little girl dying in the hospital of cancer. But He can't fix EVERYTHING! Some people have to suffer right?!

I require urgent spinal cord surgery and I have no money to have that done, yet I still worship God, I know that there are people suffering and I have no answer for that but I can honestly tell you that these trials are for a little while and then we must receive each and one of us what we worked on during our life time. And if your heart was in the superbowl and flat screen tv so be it, you shall reap what you sow.

Honestly, what do you mean when you say that? "God bless." Do you have the power to force God to "bless me?" Or do you just say that to make yourself feel better? Because surely you know when you say that, God really does not bless me. Otherwise, being the kind soul that you are, I am sure you also ask him to "bless" Africa. But no...they still starve while you loathe in your self pity on the internet. So you must know that those words mean nothing, do nothing, and are nothing...

Remember God is coming again. God blesses all man kind just they have 2 no how 2 receive that blessing. God puts us through test, 2 c if we are truly loyal. God loves all of us, no matter wat we do. He loves u me and everyone else out there. Even the unborn. Satan is also out there 2 to temp u 2 go against God in sin. God doesn't doesn't always answer prayers the way we would like them 2. But he always does answer them in the end.

I totally agree. For example, I know there is a kid looking up at the sky right now praying for a crumb of food. But God doesn't answer. Instead he watches as he starves. But then another obese person in a different country will thank the same God for the food in THEIR bellies. Then that same flabby sack of shit will sit back and make excuses as to why God lets a mother hopelessly have to watch her child starve.

If God has power to bless some with life and food, why did he only choose a small fraction of these starving children to save? Do you not ask yourself this same question when you watch yourself type that ridiculous statement? Why would God only hand pick a few to save as you say, and leave the others to rot? This is why I hate your religion. It fills your head with lies, and make you think your mere WORDS help them, when in reality they do nothing.

So God only saves a fraction of the suffering so they can save the rest of the suffering themselves? Seems kind of like God doesn't want to do the work himself. I mean really, does saying that really make you feel better? No matter how you want to twist or analyze it, one fact remains: Millions of children suffer everyday, yet you still praise the God that allows it to happen. You try to convince yourself that your prayers to the sky will help them. But look on the news. They have done nothing.

I don't care about the truth. I don't care if there is a God or not. But what I do know is that if there IS a God, I don't want to be a member of his fanclub. He does nothing to help end the suffering of others. I know that my actions have and will continue to help these suffering children though. Can you say the same? Can you say your "prayers" have done a damn thing to help these poor people? Why would your God let you into Heaven and not me? I have done more to help his people than you have.

Well from one human being to another, regardless of beliefs, I do hope you are able to get your surgery and it goes well for you. And I was just teasing about the Super Bowl thing...I am more of a baseball guy anyway. With that being said the whole sicknesses being "trials" concept makes no sense. Otherwise why would some die from sicknesses? It's like if you die from a sickness, "it was meant to be," but if you live through it, "it was a trial." This is RIDICULOUS.
