Mencia takes well known classic routines from famous comedians, comedians usually take jokes from obscure comedians then pay them off if they complain. You couldn't find a comedian alive who hasn't done that sometimes in his past. The latter method you think maybe he took something maybe not. When you steal well known jokes everyone knows you're stealing, even casual comedy fans know some of those routines Mencia stole. You can't pay off already rich comedians so they're just pissed.

Reminds me of Gilbert Gottfried, he doesn't steal like Mencia but he's loud, intense and not funny. I can watch entire routines by those two and not laugh once. Southpark creators steal jokes and ideas all the time. That's why they did that bit. Because they were accused and so they used Mencia to replace their own accusations of stealing from the Internet. Lots of these people lurk the net looking for material. If I'm crazy then why did they do an episode of all the youtube characters? Like when CDs first came out, no one could make MP3s because they said they were exact duplicates. But they weren't. MP3s have hickups and remove some measure beats that only professionals can really hear. Same with "Cracking a software full demo". It's still crippled and is only "sampling" as long as it's not pirated and sold for profit.
