Great vid :) i have a question - what iOS were you using when you filmed this? i just got the dock and am running the latest iOS on my iphone 4, but my phone wont charge at the same time as the headset, or connect to the headset when they're both docked :( its either a software prob or a faulty dock - just trying to figure this out! cheers!!

I have this BT and I use it with my iP4, what I dont understand is with the iP4, the batt indicator icon in status bar atop always shows the BT as low-batt power, but for some reason the BT is fully charged....what is up with that?

@goobot1 I think it has something to do with the fact that Apple would have needed to create new higher-res graphics for the Bluetooth Indicator on the lock screen, something they probably decided not to bother with since they haven't sold the Headset in over a year.

@TheDeantrix I'm convinced they have exited this market for good, I'm not sure there is much growth in this market segment since they are so out of fashion and most vehicles now come standard with a bluetooth interface.

Awesome video. Here's a tip for people unaware: If you want a really great current model bluetooth headset check out the Jawbone ICON. I've been loving it and it's the only headset I know of other than this old one from Apple, that actually shows the headset battery indicator in the status bar! It's really cool.

Plus you can customize the voice controls on it via their website. Check it out!

@sonicxracer Jawbone makes some great earpieces, but I think the only reason I have this one is because it's Apple. I generally dislike wearing bluetooth ear pieces, especially with bluetooth in my car.

@DetroitBORG Well I hear that, but I don't have bluetooth in my car so a good headset is a must. My main point though is that the ICON is the only headset i know of that uses the super cool 'bluetooth headset battery indicator' on the iPhone display. No other BT headset does that except this old one from Apple.

@MatrixSlide I do get this question often and it's no trouble to answer. It's the Snow Leopard Wallpaper "Aurora", it's the default for all Macs. I use it on all my devices. I don't need to e-mail it to you, you can easily find it by doing an image search on Google or Bing. Let me know if you still would like me to send it along.

@DetroitBORG Oh no, I know the wallpaper, thats easy, I meant could you send me the exact same wallpaper you have, because theres a lot of resolution and sizes, and the wallpaper is a landscape rectangle kind, and the iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad screen are more of a portrait rectangle, so I think it will be easier if I use your's, so I don't have to crop, or reposition anything. Do you understand me? I hope so...

@MatrixSlide The iPhone actually did all of the scaling and fitting, I just downloaded the full version and then used the zoom and position controls on the iPhone. Of course, most of the original wallpaper is cut off in the process, but it still looks great. If I were to send you the file, it would be the same wallpaper you can download online.
