This is not to be mean but be "Realistic" instead of trying to teach others "Already" you should invest in some cheap strobes and make your light a bit softer than those parabolics. AlsoTip get a enthusiastic subject.... But then again she may be a bit unhappy due to the heat from those "hot lights" 500 watt bulbs kicking out so much heat that close up to her.
this is an awesome video and i love the set up and results. on every photography video i review the same comment i see is "what settings did you use on your camera?" common people! experiment with it, not all settings are the same for every shot or every studio. experiment and get familiar with it. you will succeed through trial and error!!! its the only way you'll learn.
To much highlight on her face, use some light difusor maybe...
