  • The Sierras were cool when they didn't have the 7500 limiter. That thing was screaming down conrod. :)

  • @pogly100: When did they have to run the limiter and when not?

  • @armorgeddon think they brought that in in 1992 from memory. They had other restrictions obviously but think the rev limiter came in in '92.

  • @pogly100: Ok, thanks!

  • LMAO ROFL at 2:50 ,pulls up and sticks arm out window.

  • Thumbz up if you like dickys' sierra and his hard driving...

  • Awesome incar footage down conrod, his absolutley caining !

"He knows the tree's to the right to fairly well too"

  • 287kph down conrod for Dick and 285kph for Niedzwitz.

Yet Niedzwitz gets 2:13.94 and Dick 2:14.17, so I wonder where he lost the time.

He said it didn't have the grunt, so I wonder what speed and time he could of done if he had the grunt.

What sort of power and torque was Dick's sierra developing in 1990?

How much did the car weigh in 1990.?

  • @2175Wook

Not sure how much they weighed prior to 1990, but I know @ the start of the 90 season, they had 85kg added to them, in order to reduce the chances of the Sierra dominating the championship....that's why the Sierra's always had tyre troubles later on - because with 10inch wide rubber, they were pretty much on the limit anyway and the extra weight just chewed them to shreads.

  • Great lap but the Niedzwitz lap was better

  • Thanks again mate another great clip! :) Enjoyable!
