Everybody has a right to do whatever they want with their bodies. Personally, I think enhancements are fun and can boost confidence. Sure, it has risks. But this thing is still in testing for 3 more years before it hits the US. I am pretty sure that they would have to address all of the issues before this became legal, at least in the States. Getting a boob job, fixing your teeth, or any other cosmetic procedure comes with risk! Get over it people!

I'm not against inhancements but this is extreme. Why would some Caucasian people want to change their brown eyes blue. Brown is the most common eye color among all races and comes in all types of rich shades from light to dark.

It just seems to "caricature" for the obsession for blue eyes.

If this surgery ever becomes available I can see a lot of people with terrible eye problems. Blue eyes are significant in the Northern part of Europe where there is a lot of cloud cover. Can you imagine how dangerous it would be for natural brown eyed people in Africa and Asia getting this surgery done. Lots of cancers of the eye and problems with vision. Nature is best. Also this surgery is irreversible so what are people going to do if they end up looking like freaks?

I'm not a doctor or anything but have been studying about the iris and what can possibly cause depigmenting. I found a photo of what this is suppose to look like on a black person and it looks really bad! It's not like regular blue eyes.. Besides, you don't need this expensive surgery if you want to change your iris color then PM me, I can show you a different way without getting this surgery.
