I tried this recipe, and I just wanted to let you know they turned out AMAZING! It was important to me to find a recipe that didn't use vegetable oil(I hate the taste), and this was perfect! Thank you so much!
I made the coffee in a coffee maker. I put in caramel and vanilla syrup, creamer and sugar, topped with whipped cream. The syrup is sugar free kind and the whipped cream is the light kind.
Just the recipe I was looking for..using fresh blueberries. Thanks so much. Great video and very clear. This is the traditional recipe, isnt it? (ie the real deal that tastes nothing like the shrink-wrapped horrors full of preservatives you see so often) REAL FOOD FOREVER
I don't know whether it was the music or the muffin or both, but for the two minutes and twenty-six seconds of this clip, I thought I was in heaven. :)
I would do it anyway as it can't hurt. TO be fair non stick cookware isnt what the pros use anyway as it wears of through time. THe best non stick solution for all cookware & pans is to oil lightly before use and after washing.
I make these every few days. Now that it is cold, increase the baking time for 2 extra minutes. I now do them 22 minutes and then cover them with foil for 7 more minutes after the 22 minutes.
I have done a variation of this recipe...you should try adding a crumble topping to the tops prior to baking. For some reason, the brown sugar, cinnamon in the crumble go very well with blueberries. 1/4 cup finely chopped nuts, 1/4 cup packed dark brown sugar, 3 tbs. flour, 1 tsp. cinnamon, and 3 tbs. melted butter. Mix until evenly moist and spoon over the unbaked muffins.
That sounds good thanks. My husband made a blueberry muffin, a different recipe, trying to out do these, they came out awful. This muffin recipe is the best.
chocolate chips will be a good experiment! i dont think that i have made chocolate chip muffins! u should try raspberry muffins! they turn out delicious! i sould give you the recipe for it
