To chicken stock cubes le lo! Chicken stock is better if not then 1/2 ts Chinese salt would do. 4 breasts good sz ok! Taste the dip before you apply. It must be right you will know.
AssalamoAlaikum, bajia im not using beef stock cubes, you said we can replace it by chinese salt, can you please tell us exactly how much to use? and also how much chicken breast are you using and how much peanut butter did you use to make this sauce/dip? please tell me these three things.
Chicken breast or thigh boneless, 1md onion, ½ cup lemon juice, 1ts salt, 2md habanero chili, 3ts tomato paste, 5-6 beef stock cubes, peanut butter preferably smooth. Grind every thing.
This marinate is fantastic for BBQ sausages, dimsims, beef or tikkas on squires. Apply repeatedly during BBQ till you have a thick coat of marinate. Apply for the last time 4 min before removing from BBQ. Unbeatable taste trust metry

no beef is not a good idea, you can use this on dim sim cut them half long way, they are amazing as nibbling
