there was also the Sturmabteilung or storm detachment better known as the SA or "brown shirts" (basicaly look at schrodingers uniform) they where the first Nazi paramillitary group and at one point outnumberd the german army, however they where largley destroied during the blood purge in 1934.

SS - Schutzstaffel were the private guard of Hitler. Stosstroopen, "Stormtroopers" or literally "Shock Troopers", were the WW1 commandos trained by the German Army to storm trenches. Hitler's soldiers were called Stormtroopers because the SA, the Sturmabteilung was the first Paramilitary branch of the Nazi Party.

You can look it up if you do not believe, but it is true. Even the Director of this movie claims it. Since the sequel is now based off Romeo & Juliet.

Only this scene deals with Hitlers power and corruption. Hense the goose step of the hyenas near the end.

@tyentyen As someone who did research on the movie -and to movies in general- here is the deal: The scene of be prepared and the Hyena march was inspired by "Triumpf of the will" a nazi propaganda movie of the late 30s. Leni Riefenstahl worked on the camera for that one and many of her shots are considered artistic masterpieces, even if the propaganda movie itself is debatable. Many directors let themselves inspire by certain shots of the film for their own work.
