  • keep in mind that "mirror like" surface is much more easier to scratch (even with bare hand). so a little bit of so-called "orange peel" is good.

  • what happens if i buy a car with Orange Peel paint in i spray paint clear coat to make the clear ticker so i can sand it flat

  • @edgarcor93 Now your thinking! This is also what we cover in the course. Yes, it can be done but it will depend on the paint job. With some cars, the paint texture is so bad, by the time you sand it flat...your already into the base coat. Then it would be best to shoot base and clear.
