@Graziella2006 Yeah, its a fun one, anytime you can add a bit of consistency to what you are doing your program will begin to snowball with improvement!!! Anyway that you can make it easier (i.e yoga block) you will experience more success and then be able to work with the pattern easier. Also try doing it in the AM (after waking) and in the PM (before rest) and you will notice different aspects of what you are trying to improve!! Have fun and keep me posted!
charlie a great lesson , I have a patient with shoulder damage from a car accident, left shoulder joint knocked 6" to right any adaptions you can suggest?
@robjon531 I would try the lesson with an elevated hand (i.e yoga block) until they can get their hand flat on the floor...this will come when their chest becomes more organized. Give a shot and let me know!

I did it similar to yours already but didn t stick to it
