Just curious... is this a new singer or is it the same they have always had? when i listen to their earlier stuff I love the instrumentals but then the singer comes in and it sounds like he trying to sing with like a bunch of flem? sounds awful and completely ruined any of their songs but then i hear this song and to my surprise its exodus. just wondering

Ya. If you have problems with Death metal, listen to Death. Select songs: "Lack of Comprehension", "Symbolic", "Scavenger of Human Sorrow", "Overactive Imagination", and if you like thrash, especially "Zombie Ritual" and "Pull the Plug". If Death were thrash, those would be the two greatest thrash metal songs ever. Of course, they are two of the greatest death metal songs.

ok....well, back in the day, metal was complex, thoughtful, had great lyrics and guitar solos, and was fuckin aggressive fast and heavy. It would hit you like a ton of bricks. I dont see that at all in these bands i listed before, or most modern metal bands today. the only newer bands these days that still seem good are mastodon, the sword, and black tide. the rest is just a bunch of queers who think theyre metal because they tune theyre guitars to b and sing like screamo fucktards.
