I started doing this at 6am. right after I gargled 3% pharmacy-grade hydrogen peroxide for 1-minute(and SPAT IT OUT), than every 2-3 hours the "warm-water and salt process " till 7pm. Karaoke began at 10pm to 2am, all the while keeping my voice in tact. For drinks from 7pm-2am I drank 6-budlite limes, 4-shot yager bombs, and 2-tequila patron shots, and a jameson-shot. For songs I sang 15-songs, rock to metal!!
